Had to try the “Big Arch” and man was i disappointed. The bun was like a brick and it was so salty. The picture indicates how much I could choke down (I was hungry). I would avoid this burger. McDonald’s seems to be missing the mark with their new products. The new snack wraps are absolutely disgusting and should also be avoided. Maybe they should stick with the classics.

McDonald’s bathrooms are consistently dirty, neglected, and unacceptable. Greasy floors, grimy toilets, overflowing trash, and odors that should never be present in a public restroom.
Customers shouldn’t have to question basic hygiene especially families, kids, and travelers. Clean bathrooms aren’t optional they’re a minimum standard.
Hire a professional cleaning service. Set real cleaning schedules. Hold locations accountable.
A billion-dollar company can afford clean restrooms.

They forgot my extra pickles and everything thing else besides the meat and chesse. My stepdad went in there and got asked extra pickles for my mom’s and mine and there was only meet a cheese in it, no sauce nothing that we wanted. The store wasn’t packed it was empty besides 1 car. Don’t recommend at all

The food was fresh. The staff was pleasant. The floors were a lawsuit waiting to happen. They had wet floor signs out, but the entire floor was greasy, slippery, and dangerous, not wet. Degreaser would help immensely.
