Slinging wood fired fare since 1998, Brixx serves gourmet pizzas and wings, fresh salads, sandwiches and pastas; accompanied by a full bar with 24 craft drafts, 14 wines by the glass and custom cocktails. Our traditional and whole wheat dough, hummus, fresh mozzarella, wood-roasted chicken, salad dressings and more are scratchmade in-house. We give back to the community through Brixx Buxx events and beyond. When our neighbors need a hand, we’re there to help. That’s something Managing Partners Eric, Jeff and Barbara have insisted on from jump. We do more than make pizza – we craft connections.

This was my first layover here and the hotel I stayed at gave high recommendations to try this place. Specifically the pastas and pizzas. Well me another aviation crew member for a different airline decided to take them up on the recommendation. It did not disappoint. Started w/ brushetta as a sharable and had the alfredo pasta and swapped out the chicken for shrimp w/ a lil’ upcharge. But…, well worth it. After such a nice dinner we decided we needed to end it on a sweet note. So we shared a tarimisu that was the perfect pairing.

Stopped by after seeing the advertising on this Facebook group I’m in. I sat at the bar and was helped by the nicest lady her name was Rose. I really enjoyed the lunch special she suggested and the 3.50 draft beers- can’t beat these deals. I ended up staying way longer than lunch and was impressed at her being able to wait tables, make drinks and still chit chat with me in between! Thanks for the great service Rose!

We decided to go to Brixx for lunch Friday on our way to visit family in the area. We always enjoy the pizza but this visit was set apart by the outstanding service. Our bartender Rose took excellent care of us. She made excellent suggestions about what to try. She was the perfect combination of friendly and efficient. We most definitely will be back as soon as we can!

{2y ago} I was actually shocked at how good this pizza was. We were in a grumpy-late-not agreeing-long wait family mood and when the food came, that all changed. I’m not a NY pizza person and very much appreciate good euro or gastro pizza. We were very content and as much as I’d like to try other restaurants when passing through, this will definitely be a go-to.

Love this place! The food is always delicious, and the customer service is consistently excellent. It’s perfect for grabbing a bite before a movie, or just stopping in for a drink with friends. The bartenders are always friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is great overall.

Stopped in today and went to the bar where I met Rose. She was extremely helpful and suggested a jack n coke which I got for only $4!! I also had their lunch special, can’t beat the deals here!!! If you come around 1 make sure you are sitting at the bar! Best service ever! Highly recommend!

We were seated very quickly. Drink orders were taken immediately, food order was made promptly once we were ready. We ordered a pizza, a pasta, and wings.
The waiter apologized for the delay on our food, but we weren’t even done with our first round of drinks by the time it arrived. It was hot and very fresh.
Some of the best wings I’ve ever had, especially for the price–the flavor alone was worth the cost, but they were also cooked perfectly and the servings were very generous. The ranch was delicious, and the vegetables were also fresh.
The pizza was awesome. Perfect crust, and I could taste all of the individual toppings. The ingredients were very high quality, the vegetables were fresh, and the flavor was excellent. The pizza was smaller than I expected, but still a great value for the price, and definitely filling. The toppings didn’t seem as evenly distributed as they could have been, but I didn’t miss anything in any one bite, and I really appreciated the housemade level of preparation.
I did not try the pasta, but it was apparently delicious. I thought it looked dry, and there wasn’t much sauce, but my partner said that the flavor of the sauce was evenly distributed and the dish wasn’t at all dry. He really enjoyed the dish.
The drinks were really excellent. I will definitely try to recreate these, be disappointed, and have to return to the restaurant for more.
I will definitely be back. This is the kind of place that’s too expensive for weekly date nights, but good enough that it will always be a good contender for special occasions. Our waiter Gavan was awesome–there weren’t many other waiters on the floor the night before Christmas Eve, but I didn’t see a single table that wasn’t served promptly and enthusiastically. He was readily available to us and provided excellent service.

Alyss was an absolutely wonderful server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. She checked on us just the right amount and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Alyss again!
