Ordered the Feed 5 Family deal with Potato Salad, Slaw and paid extra for hushpuppies. I received slaw, Potato salad and baked beans, the generic side options. It even said on my receipt that was taped to the box that I had ordered hushpuppies. Would love to know how I can go about getting my money back for the items I paid for but did not receive.

Buddy’s is standing the test of time! Majority of the fast food restaurants don’t stand a chance when it comes to this dine in experience! I’ve lived in Morristown my whole life & I gotta I say, it hasn’t a changed a bit! This place seriously feels like gold compared to other fast food experiences! Great food! Great people! Buddy’s BBQ, especially this location here, is absolutely amazing. Staff is so sweet, the restaurant and dining area are always so clean. The food is absolutely amazing, there is never anything wrong with the food. Just the atmosphere in general is so relaxing and homey feeling. 1000% recommend to eat at any Buddy’s BBQ over other fast food places.

First time eating here and we will not be back. Brisket and Ribs were overcooked and old. Pulled chicken was dry barely edible. Mac and cheese was more of a soup. They were out of the half chicken at lunch time. The only halfway decent items were the hush puppies and green beans ♀️

I’m sorry, but i placed a $60 order. I did not receive any of the upgrades i paid for (2oz of pork etc) and this pound of ribs are pure unbearable salt. I usually get on here to compliment – check my reviews – this food that i actually got is inedible. Pure salt ribs, COMPLETELY undercooked potato, not even one of the two shakes i paid for until i asked i WISH i would have checked the rest of the order. $60 and I’m having cereal for dinner

Food, price, employee’s, and cleanliness are all 5 stars at this restaurant. The amount of food you get for the cost has us coming back for more time and time again. Beats other fast food chains by far. The dining room is very inviting, and the sitting booths are very roomy. Everything is well maintained and clean. Staff are always happy to see you with a welcoming smile. Added bonus is how fresh the sweet tea is as well. Definitely recommend

I was dining in today and low and behold a MOUSE was running around in the dining area!!!!!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES!!!!! If there’s one in the dining area, there’s no telling what’s in the kitchen. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Buddy’s is usually consistent with their food. The fries were fresh and the barbecue had plenty of sauce. The beans and slaw are good and what you would expect in a dine-in/ fast food barbecue restaurant. Try the spicy pickles they have out by the drink machine; they are tasty and will open your sinuses. Haha! If you like hush puppies, theirs are really good, and a server walks around offering extras. I had the pulled pork platter. For the price, quality, and quantity of the food, Buddy’s is a more affordable restaurant if you are craving barbecue.
