Ordered breakfast platter w bacon again
The gravy is watery. Everything is cooked except the bacon. The bacon is still half cooked light pink****
The staff doesn’t wear hairnets but have hair swinging everywhere, hangs past their shoulders- the female that handed me my food took her right hand- scratched her scalp- then took the same hand and grabbed my food and handed it to me. i don’t understand why they closed this restaurant just to open it back up and be just as nasty. Its hard to understand- it really is. The last 2 pics are the receipt from today and the half done bacon
Ordered the hardees breakfast platter. Bacon for my meat. As pictured the outside of the plate is dirty, the bacon isn’t fully cooked- which I brought to their attention, they give 2 more pieces of half cooked, mostly fat pieces of bacon. The biscuit is hard and overcooked. Eggs were luke warm. Hardly no hash browns.
Only thing edible was the gravy directly from the restaurant. Crazy that I have to pay over $6 to reheat or finishing cooking what i bought. The health department needs to step in and explain why foods are cooked to certain temperatures. Nobody eats barely warm eggs, potatoes or half cooked bacon
Also when placing your order- when you tell them you want jelly, they will pass it to you when you make payment vs putting it in the bag like any normal restaurant does. Craziness

Waited 30 for 2 burgers and 2 fries. When t he finally brought it they gave us a $2 pie for the wait. I opened mine and there was so much mayo the whole top, bun tomato onion, slid off into the floor. They fixed a new one plain burger with cheese only. I just my husband a Frisco burger with same problem, although his didnt end up in the floor. The bacon was raw and it tasted like lighter fluid. There were 2 people that looked over 20 and all they did was stand around yapping and laughing. This explains why the new Hardee’s is never busy like the old Hardee’s

Sunday, October 26th, we decided to try the brand new Hardee’s for a quick breakfast sandwich. We entered and got in line. The six people behind the counter were buzzing around, but not waiting on the customers. The people ahead of us finally left. We asked for someone to take our order. One worker said, “sorry, there’s no money in the till.” I held up my credit card. They still wouldn’t take our order. So, we left and won’t be back. No idea what the food is like… we will never know.

The food is not good. Before closing it was so good. The hash browns taste like they aren’t drained of the grease and like old grease is being used. As with all fried food. The biscuits are always hard like I got an old biscuit. We were super excited to have Hardee’s back open, but have been completely disappointed ever since! My family and I have literally tried multiple times to get food from here thinking maybe it’s just cause they’re new getting in their groove but each time we are unable to even eat any of our food. This is something I ate every work morning prior to rebuild!

I personally think their sausage does not taste good but their biscuits are the best I’ve ever had. I have to eat gluten free or I get sick but the biscuits are seriously so good I occasionally cheat just to eat a biscuit even though I know it will make me feel bad. Lol. They do lettuce wrapped burgers which no one else will do and their burgers I think are the best as far as chain restaurants go in town.

Review- this is the only Hardees I’ve ever been to that the drive thru is consistently backed up. The breakfast platter normally comes with enough food to last you until lunch. Wrong. This location breakfast platter looks like they are waiting on a truck and about to run out of food. They charge $6 plus tax for a breakfast platter but cheat you out of your eggs and hash browns. The biscuit tastes old. The bacon isnt completely cooked. If i wanted half done food i would have gone to another restaurant in the area. Im actually shocked that this is happening at Hardees. Very shocked.
