Always great food. My favorites are the sourdough melt and vanilla custard. So, so delicious every time.
We eat here for a treat every month or so. A little pricey, but if you download the app there are bonuses and rewards to save you money. Facility is very clean and servers are always very nice and helpful.

I have visited this Culver’s location many times for ice cream, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Two days ago, I placed my usual order and specifically asked for it to be repeated back to ensure accuracy. Despite that, the order was entered incorrectly. I ended up having to go through the drive-thru line a second time because my items were wrong.
I pay extra for toppings, yet I received only a couple of small pieces of Oreo and cookie dough. Additionally, the order was rung up as two turtle sundaes and two scoops—neither of which matched what I requested. One cup was half full while the other was overflowing, which further reflected the inconsistency.
For clarity, I had ordered one Turtle Sundae with extra fudge, and one two-scoop sundae with cookie dough, Oreos, salted caramel, and marshmallow. Instead, I was charged for a Turtle Sundae with additional toppings, received an excessive amount of pecans, and barely any of the toppings I actually paid for.
When I explained the issue at the window, the older female manager blamed me for the mistake, spoke to me disrespectfully, and even made a rude comment implying I was “stupid.” The other manager on duty was Caleb. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to correct a simple ice cream order was extremely disappointing.
This situation could have been resolved quickly and easily, but instead I left frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.

Absolutely a joke to attempt the drive through, and do yourself a favor and triple check the order before you leave, 2 times outa 3 you will be going inside either way. They don’t just forget the sauce or something simple, they literally leave out the basket of fries outa your “basket meal”. 8/10 don’t recommend, but it’s better than some gas station food.

Culvers is one of our favorite places! For fast food they have a variety of options; burgers, chicken, or fish and soups plus custard for dessert! It the place we takes the grands to after a school function ( concert or play).

I was super stoked to get some Culver’s after being away from the Midwest, but this is the weakest, driest Culver’s burger I have ever had. The cheese curds aren’t even fresh. This is the first bad Culver’s burger I’ve had. Customer service was good, though.

Mushrooms anyone? No but seriously, this was for my baby that just started trying food. What if I didn’t look and she was allergic to mushrooms? The manager was super nice and helpful when comforting me. Just really disappointed.
