Tiny McDonald’s with a great drive though. Easy to place my order at the drive through, clean and efficient communication. Nice and friendly service. Quick to grab an extra sauce when I requested it. Steak ago and cheese bagel was yummy! Love the grilled onions!

It’s McDonald’s I never expect much and yet I was still massively disappointed. Even with using the app we still had to wait 20 mins for our food. The chicken nuggets while warm were rubbery like they where reheated. The light salt frys were slightly undercooked extra salty and bairly warm. The fish burger actually tasted fine but the fish burger missed the bun. I recommended driving 10 more minutes down the road to the next one

Everyone got their order but me even people that came in after me received their order. They did not know which order was mine even though everyone got their order right and in a promptly manner. I feel like the odd man out even though I pay my hard earned money to get the same service as anyone else. I felt neglected and unseen. Not where id spend .y money again!

Usually I receive good service at this location but that was not my experience this weekend. Went to the drive thru on a Saturday night, twenty-five minutes before they are supposed to close. Then (2) employees walked past my car and yelled “we’re closed!”. As someone who has worked in the food industry for years I was shocked by this. You really shouldn’t have your location listed to be open until Midnight if you aren’t actually going to be open to Midnight. It’s misleading.

The manager was rude and aggressive when I pulled up at the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. Instead of having a sign or verbally telling me the restaurant was closed, she came to the window and was mouthing something and was angry and rude. How about you properly close up for the night? Put the cone at the drive thru so people don’t mistake it for being opened. Turn off the lights and go home.
Very rude. Won’t be back at this location.

Very unprofessional staff. Employees lock themselves in the restrooms for a long time, wasting time instead of working. I couldn’t get into two restrooms for quite a while because they were both occupied by employees. When I finally used the restroom for less than five minutes, another employee tried to enter and then started knocking on the door when she realized it was occupied. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

With a single car in front of me, it took 20 minutes for me to get breakfast in the drive through. I was wondering what was taking so long so I had my window down listening to the car in front of me order their modestly sized meal. I heard him say “hello!?” about 10 times over 15 minutes before the person inside even addressed him. When I got to the window, it took five minutes of me doing the same thing before an abrupt “just a minute” came over the speaker. Close to 20 minutes later when I finally was getting my food, there was no apology or explanation for the delay.

I took the time to provide feedback via the website and the response from both corporate and the local branch was extremely disappointing. They have no notion of how to make something right with a customer. That tracks with the employees lack of awareness when it comes to apologizing for the delay in the first place. Totally logical trickle down from poor customer service at the management/ownership level.

I went to use the restroom and decided to buy some apple pie. Service was fast and the staff were friendly. I don’t usually eat McDonald’s but I like their apple pies and fillet o fish.
The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. You can now place your orders in the self serve screens. You need to get a code to enter the bathroom, unfortunately this area is frequented by lots of people that were misusing the restrooms.

My order was burnt but cold my sauce was one big pile in the middle of a very poorly put together chicken sandwich. My fries were dark brown limp and old. The double cheeseburger with bacon was burnt but cold smothered in mustard. I ordered two sodas went down the drain because your store location is out of C02. The $3.70 orange juice was watered down and absolutely un drinkable. my family and friends have all vowed not to give McDonald’s our business any longer. My order today was a total $25.80 and literally over half the order went in the trash. Exactly what this company has proven to be over and over again.

Update 4/26/25 The accuracy of the order was terrible. I didn’t receive my hot cakes the biggest part of my order, my sandwiches were cold, the sizes were wrong on my frappe and my hot 5 and 5 was cold black coffee. the girl at the window had fake nails on so long she couldn’t grab a cup holder then got mad when I insisted on having one for my four drinks. The girl at the windowed argued with when I told her I did not receive them. She snaps at me telling me they are in the bag I can go. I had to park up front and go in to speak with someone a bit more professional. After not getting anywhere one lady jumped up said I’m on lunch but I guess I can help you guys. I put my order in at 903am I did not have my full order and able to leave until 920am. Also is food safety concern food handling, wearing long or artificial fingernails is generally discouraged or prohibited due to hygiene concerns
