Our Family Crazy
The food is a joke. The people that make it I think throw the food without being careful. Not only do they throw it but they burn it 2 out of 3 times. The service comes with a side of attitude all the time or even if you order ahead a side of more than 5 min waiting while your drink has already been made and is just leting there. If you order in the app they dont want to give you the money back if they don’t have an item. Other times if you purchase munchkins and you wanted specific kinds they still give you whatever they want.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the employee who helped me when I picked up my order yesterday morning. His customer service was truly outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, even during what seemed like a busy morning rush.
He made sure everything was correct, greeted me with a great attitude, and honestly set the tone for my whole day. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and he absolutely does.
I hope management sees this because you have a great worker on your team. Experiences like this are why people keep coming back! Shakir thank you for a good start to my day yesterday.

I came in on a whim on Saturday 2/28 for a donut and a Coolata, after an appointment nearby. I hadn’t had Dunkin in a long time. The employee Jasmine was working all alone with cars wrapped around the drive thru and soon after I walked in, customers streaming into the building. Service understandably took a while and I have NO idea how she got everybody served. I would have walked out.
Nobody should EVER be left alone like that!! That’s what a general manager is for. My husband is a GM and works nonstop covering his store. There would never be one employee alone just sinking. Ridiculous.. It makes me so mad.

If I can give them 0 stars I would attitude is beyond rude, to busy with nasty attitudes and being sassy or maybe just to busy laughing and making fun of customers in the drive thru that she forgot to give me my coffee and that’s every time I come. It’s a coffee shop Dunkin’ Donuts everyone knows it’s rush hour during the morning so why with the attitude as if it’s a burden to order food. I shop at this Dunkin’ Donuts because it’s close but I will be going to lady lake for now on it’s worth the 20 min ride they treat you kind and understand the true meaning and value of customer service especially when your paying for your meal or coffee way to start my morning never again and I will definitely let my collides know about this Dunkin’ Donuts for sure

What sucks is I LOVE dunkin and have always chose them over others for my coffee but this morning the lady working the drive through was so rude and made me feel so stupid for kindly asking for help with my mobile order, that I left in TEARS. Decent customer service skills should be a MUST before hiring most of the women at this location! If you hate your job that much, PLEASE for the love of God LEAVE!

Came in around 1030. Not only was I given the wrong items, but I was given a drink with granulated sugar in it when I asked for extra sugar. Idk how the message of extra sugar in a drink means I want that, but its disgusting and a waste of money. On top of all of that, the person taking my order was having a massive attitude problem.

Asked for cream. They gave me my drink WITHOUT the cream told them and they had the audacity to say Well you ordered the drink wrong ? How ? Worker here was very rude to me i work at another dunkin and i assumed all dunkins did discounts so i asked them and she snapped at me said we dont do that here and slammed the window. Then when i received my coffee it tasted horrible not what i ordered it wasnt correct and tasted burnt.

400 extra calories i didn’t ask for. Too rude for me to ask them to redo it so I’m done.
