The plump older woman who takes your order is… Well idk but besides her nothing but praise!
Previous Post: I went to Culver’s for the first time recently. I noticed that they always have a long line so I figured they must be pretty good. They did not disappoint. Be aware that their burger patties are thin. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Cheddar Pub Burger and requested a single patty (it comes with two normally). I did regret that decision because the intense flavors of the topping overtook the patty. Overall, great flavors and service.
What I found notable was the amount of young people working there and how well they managed such a large amount of customer’s. The amount of customers multiplied by the variety of orders equals the level of employee excellence. Those young kids handled the crowd like champions. From the time the order was placed, my taste buds overwhelmed & everything in between, these kiddo’s deserve 5 stars hands down!
However, the food looks NOTHING like any of their commercials. The three burgers we got were all burnt on one side. They were edible and still had their normal Culvet’s taste. They were very busy as the line to order went to the dining area. Plus the drive thru had around seven or eight cars waiting for their orders.
The bathroom was clean and the dining area and tables were clean. The soda area was full and nothing was out.
Put plenty of snicker candy in it
