Haven’t been to this wendys since relocating and sadly its absolutely shameful. Food was awful except for 1 order of fries we had to wait for. Burgers were so dried out and nuggets were so fried I’m assuming from heat lamp. Lady working was continuously spraying nasty tables that indeed needed cleaning but she kept walking and only spraying tables literally had the whole side sprayed and sitting cleaner overwhelmingly disgusting. So disappointed I’ll spare everyone on the condition of the bathroom. Corporate needs to make a visit

I am a regular at this Wendy’s and normally have a superb experience which is why I have 2 stars instead of 1—last night was just unacceptable. At 5:00pm I tried to order through the app and it said there was an issue (I’m assuming after everything that happened next they turned their online ordering off) so sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes while no one said anything, I even said hello multiple times. As I drove around the building there was a guy standing there from the drive thru window looking at me like a deer in the headlights. I thought maybe he had been using the restroom and was alone or something so I decided to go inside. There was someone sitting in the back office and no one around the counter,I said hello again and waited a few minutes. All of a sudden the guy who had been looking out the window pops out from the back of the assembly area just casually scrolling on his phone, when he looked up and noticed me he actually jumped back and hid himself like “oops she saw me”. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. If their systems were down or something of the like they simply could have said so — the blatant ignoring me left a foul taste in my mouth and makes me never want to visit this Wendy’s again.

This used to be the best Wendy’s to go to in this area. I don’t know what has happened to this store. They closed down the dining room all the time when you’re trying to go in to just pick up our online order. Then you have to wait through the drive-through for an extremely long time for an online order. And by the time you get it, it’s ice cold. If they only going to have the drive-through open, maybe they should go faster. I will not be coming back to the store ever again or a Wendy’s.

They’ve made some astronomical improvements here at some point since I was last here (probably about a year ago?).
Now it is clean, has fresh & hot food, friendly workers, manager clearly on her game, etc. Pleasantly surprised. Last time I was here, dining room was closed completely and drive thru was laughable.

Dont expect them to tell you theyre missing items you ordered if you order on the app. Youll just get all the way home and discover them missing. Thankfully I noticed before I got too far and went back. They replaced the item with something else.

Gotta say everything was great but the ghost pepper nuggets. That sauce is just off. It was oily and has a sweet side to balance the heat that didn’t sit well with me personally. My baked potato, chili, and spicy chicken sandwich were great as always.

Terrible service. The person at the counter did not say one word to us. We asked for the total and he wouldn’t say it to us. We were missing an item and he wouldn’t talk to us. Horrible service. The worst I have ever had. 0 stars!!!

Came here on a late fruday since not many places stay open late. It was 12:30 and they close at 1 on Fridays and Saturdays. There was a wait on both ordering and getting the food, which was fine but they were very rude. We assumed the food was taking a bit longer because they had to make fries or something but when we got home we discovered they had only filled the fries container halfway with what was clearly microwaved fries. The burger looked fine but it was cold to the touch and we live maybe five minutes aways so it shouldn’t have been. My drink was also very flat and and honestly just gross. I think they made us wait intentionally out of spite and to avoid other people from coming by have a backed up line. I’m very disappointed with the service and quality of food, I don’t recommend anyone come here after 10. I’ll definitely just go to cookout instead which is across the street, because they have amazing customer service no matter the time.

Order not even close to what asked for, service poor and almost offended that I was even there and I was only one of two cars the entire time so not like they were busy.
I worked in the food industry so I tried to be understanding but consistent horrible service should be addressed.

They forgot one whole meal, my husbands sandwich had mold on the bun, the remake was made with the wrong chicken and the 3rd remake was just thrown on a bun out of the bag (not toasted) and the chicken was old, dry and stringy…. and also made incorrectly.
