cashier Aaliya has been working the last few times we’ve gone and she’s been amazing. she’s so cheery in the drive through speaker and the same way when you get to the window. this location has been lackluster the past few months but Aaliya has made our past couple experiences great! she’s so sweet!

I went to pick up an online order to walk in and over hear the rude drive through worker talking about my order. She replaced my two items that they were out of w something else, handed me the bag and said nothing about it. I came back in and she thought it was funny that she did not tell me. I asked her how to get my refund and she was annoyed she even had to help me. I told her she was really rude and she had the nerve to call me rude right back for asking for better customer service. Just be honest with me when you handed me the bag. I would have much more respect for you. Don’t have an attitude and talk shit about my order so loudly. This place had the worst customer service today and I will not be returning. It has gone down hill badly.

It’s taco bell, right? I come here often after work, but tonight there was a huge bug in my taco. I called and talked with a manager to let them know and they told me they are aware and have an exterminator coming later this week. If bugs are an issue, this place should be temporarily close. That’s disgusting. They should be shut down permanently for their lack of integrity and food safe practices.

Absolutely the worst managed Taco Bell in the area. They were out of almost everything, no chicken, no steak, no hot sauce and a dozen other items. This is a regular thing. The owner should fire the managers and hire and train some young capable people with salaries to make them stay.

Asked for the Doritos locos tacos supreme meal….well they Obviously don’t know how to make it!!!! meat and cheese n lettuce is not a supreme taco…..the shells are stale and not even crunchy … Order crunchrap supreme and they didn’t even do that right either… someone needs to re- teach people how to make this food….no straws for our drinks and no napkins….order the Cinnabon for a dessert…. they forgot to roll them in cinnamon…also since when did they start squashing the Cinnabon??? . not very happy n the food is Luke Warm at best… very disappointing will not go back!
