I’ve been having this problem quite a few times I’ve had the server Hailey First time I experienced her as my server I order a burger and I received it like this and the second time I went with friends she only came up to our table to drop off our drinks and food and checks didn’t ask if we needed anything the 3rd time she got my order wrong !! She needs better training I don’t know if she judges if ur a certain race or a certain age because she was also a server for someone I was observing how she was treating them she woukd constantly go up to them but never my table I will not be coming back horrible job !!

The drinks are made great. I enjoy watching the games. I frequent because it’s supporting an establishment we enjoy having in town. For 3 times though in a row my wings have just looked sad, like someone gave it a quick toss, not fully covered with sauce. It was slow, after the lunch rush, rainy day, so I figured I could order wings to pick up. I waited longer then suggested, as I usually have to wait inside when I show up on time, (no biggy). I assumed they would be better than the last two times I’ve ordered. WRONG. Over cooked, undercoated.

Ok I may be young to Write a review But HOLY The food Is GREAT My Parents get the Traditional Mango Habanero 30 Piece and I order a Chicken Parm melt (Also we did Dine in) And if you eat it basically it Heaven. Service is Great Atmosphere Is AMAZING and Fries Is So Crispy. I wish I could go here EVERY SINGLE DAY

Enjoy the drinks, but the food was a inch from being Cold. Fries were sent back 2x because they came out cold. The waiter was very polite and friendly.

Bone-in wings were over cooked, and it turned out hard to chew. I ordered chipotle dry seasoning, and they tasted exactly like plain wings, no flavor at all. I also ordered the Thai curry tenders wings, and they tasted like someone poured a pound of salt on them. The manager said he wouldn’t do anything to fix it since I DoorDash them but if I had dined in at the restaurant then he would. Manager needs some retraining or fired for no regard to customer service.

Paid nearly $70 for wings, tenders and black bean burger. Food was worst I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Chicken tenders were basically all batter. Parmesan Garlic sauce did not exist on wings. Paid for and asked for extra mild sauce and got none. Fries tasted over overcooked and dried out. Awful expensive

We went to BWW this evening. It was crowded and loud. Not saying anything negative just be prepared with the noise. It was fun though. There was a table of people that was literally standing up and singing at times. I ordered a burger and my husband got the traditional wings. He said his was delicious. My burger however was over cooked and didn’t have much flavor. I will honestly order wings the next time instead of the burger. Overall good experience and the waitresses was very nice.

We went here to celebrate my cohorts last clinical and the staff was so nice accommodating such a large group. Kept our drinks filled and our food came out rather fast.

So far its one of my favorite places to eat. Only complaint is sometimes service is slow and sometimes the chicken tenders are a little chewy. Its happened about 3 times since I’ve ate here. Other than that its great food. Will definitely come back again and again.
