not to be that person to leave a bad review but they didn’t put steak in my grilled cheese burrito i starved myself all day to eat a good grilled cheese steak burrito as one does but how do you forget steak on a steak burrito lol. idk any advice to give people who get it i mean hope everyone else gets some good meat

Hands down worst quality taco bell I have ever had. Tortillas were over cooked on burritos, there should be no browning on the tortilla and the food tasted old. The burritos were also pretty much cold. The chips were good and tasted fresh but the cheese dip was also cold. Every time I have ever ordered chips and cheese at a taco bell the cheese is usually steaming hot.
Nothing should have been cold as I ordered in store on the kiosk so it shouldn’t have been sitting to get cold. Taco bell is never what I would call good because it’s just junk fast food but this was definitely not fresh.

I had an issue with my order today, but Heidi went above and beyond to make things right. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional — exactly the kind of person every business needs up front. Even though it wasn’t her fault, she handled everything with such grace and made sure I left happy.
Unfortunately, I did notice the manager in the back yelling at the team instead of helping. Despite that, Heidi stayed calm and positive, showing what true customer service looks like. Taco Bell is lucky to have someone like her — she turned a frustrating situation into a great experience.

It’s a lively & always busy Taco Bell that’s run well. The staff is friendly, the food is still affordable & it’s a nice place to take the kids after swim lessons – I’ve always liked Taco Bell & the kids like it too.

I let him know how I had a HUGE PIECE OF HAIR IN MY SOFT TACO after I already ate the rest of my meal I was disgusted to find that in my last taco. That was at night so I waited til the morning that’s when Jesus insinuated on not giving me my money back for the order, wants me to wait 2 days to show his manager? I’m highly upset and honestly will be talking this over with my lawyer . The hair was so long and thick I could of forced myself to throw up everything I just had eaten.

I would avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Everything at this particular TB is $2 to 5$ more expensive than both of the other Taco Bell’s in the area. Check one of them out it’s worth the savings. Edit: Look at these horrible tacos. The “hard” shell is soft and falling apart. Could barely eat it. This place should be called Taco Hell
