The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars, is because the employees are kind. It does not seem like they know what they are doing at this location tho, unfortunately.
I want to not believe the stigma behind this establishment, but take a moment & look at this picture. This was my Crunchwrap supreme. I ordered two of them & they both looked like this. I paid extra for chicken & I get a few tiny little pieces, almost no cheese at all or sour cream. This was all the chicken in the entire thing. Two burned tortillas with scraps in each package. I did ask for no tomatoes or lettuce, but come on guys, this is unacceptable.
By the time I got home, it was too late to go back. I didn’t think to break open my crunchwraps just to make sure there was any food in them at the time. Extremely lame we have to do that these days. The food was bad even for Taco Bell & that’s saying something.

simple wasn’t even cut. Which is extremely annoying when you’re working an 11 hour shift and just want some good food in between.

Did a mobile order and waited about 15 minutes before I started driving. When I arrived I walked in the door and immediately saw 4 employees standing around chatting… that’s fine whatever I get it. But when I am literally standing 5 feet away, standing at the counter and not one of them bothered to say “be right with you” or hi… just dirty looks like I was impeding on their(I’m assuming) very important conversation. Finally when the girl came over she just looked at me… so I told her I was here to pick up and she kind of looked around and said “it not done.”okaaaay…. So I waited another 15 minutes while most of the employees seemed to be doing nothing and finally my 3 fountain drinks came out. Waited another 10 minutes just for my order to be incorrect. I feel like I wouldn’t have waited 25 minutes for 2 boxes if everyone put it effort. My advice to the GM is if your labor is super high? It’s because you have 10 people on the clock but only 2 are actually working. I miss the days when customer service was a priority and part of your job! To top it off the food was awful and they didn’t put any of the hot sauce I asked for in the bag, there wasn’t any extra cheese that I paid extra for and the over priced fries barely had anything in them.

This is the worst Taco Bell in Arvada Colorado. it needs to be shut down the quality of the food is garbage no matter what time you go I live around the block on 52nd and Allison by the time I got my food and got home tacos were all soft and soggy the burritos are so cold quality of this place is a no-go I think I’m going to start a petition to have this place closed down and their false advertising chicken nuggets more like popcorn chicken look at that quality of this mess the nacho fries are not even filled up and they’re charging us for a price and not even getting the amount I paid for and they’re super cold

I ordered the new chicken nuggets and they were severely dry and overcooked. I paid $18.00 because the teller asked me to round up for staff working there. Crazy that they would put out a product like this at prime lunch time. I would have taken it back if I had time on my break.

One of the worse Restaurants I’ve been to, and that says a lot, filthy puts it mildly, I stood at the register 10/15 minutes with no acknowledgment. The drive thru guy sure looked at me about 5 times. But that’s about it. Finally a woman comes up, says we don’t have a register person use the machine, I asked if the machine takes cash? No! So she takes my order, gets it wrong. I was there so long I just accepted what she gave me. He took car after car but couldn’t come help me the only person inside. They need to be trained, if the drive thru person sees someone inside to help!! Change your rules that all they have to do is sit there. The food tastes cold and chewy, I really hope they cooked everything correctly and not sickly because they were mad about me asking for help several times. I have restaurant experience and this is definitely horrifying to see and experience. It’s cold and cloudy outside also, and Inside my ears are hurting from the A/C!! I know you’re warm in the kitchen but not out in the lobby!!

Went to the website to order online. Completed the order only to be told that they didn’t carry the food that I ordered. Drove to the restaurant and went in. Ordered something off of their board behind the counter. Was told that they don’t serve that any longer. Why do you have a menu that you don’t serve to the public?

For Taco Bell it’s pretty good, I dropped by the drive-through and they were very friendly when I got to the window. My order was prepared perfectly and this is one of the better looking tacos I’ve had from Taco Bell.
