Ordered 2x Sausage McMuffin through app, when I arrived I saw I’d gotten an email saying my order had been cancelled. McDonald’s pushes their app every time you go to the drive thru, but when you use it they cancel the order? Useless!

Very disappointed, I got 4 dry mcchickens that have been sitting there since 11am I purchased at 2.30pm. The fry’s are very dry as well. I just don’t understand how you can serve food to customers that they would not eat themselves. Very unprofessional! I know I’m not the only one that gets dried up food from there it’s constantly happening.

Waited 50 minutes to get my food cold as heck, did pickup and no one came out for over a half hour so had to go through drive through to get it. Wasted my time and money. Won’t be coming back.

My review is solely based on one employee and one employee only Carla!!! she has been in trouble numerous times for her behavior towards customers and employees alike somehow after numerous attempts to let the corporate office know the type of employee they have at their establishment she still remains employed other employees let me know just recently that she talks about me badly every time I come in the Drive-Thru… Each and every other employee that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with has been outstanding, great attitudes great customer service and more. This is another attempt at getting Carla To change her poor behavior and if McDonald’s isn’t your thing then maybe you should find a new job!

I just came through the drive-thru and they had my order all kinds of messed up. I was supposed to have a large, sweet tea and a medium, sweet tea. They both tasted like water and was not sweet.. I use ti love their sweet tea! ♀️

The Tecumseh Oklahoma Mcdonald’s is my favorite!! I moved 45 minutes away and there are 2 mcdonald’s closer to me and I have to drive to Tecumseh!! The only one I love and eat at!!
