My biggest complaint about this place is when you order 10 regular cheese, 10 jalapeno cheese, and 10 bacon cheese they should be put in different boxes to know which burger has which cheese on it. But not this place. They just put ALL of the burgers in the orange boxes and call it a day. I can’t tell you how many times I have had to go through and touch ten different burgers before finding the correct one I wanted. I mean it’s really not that hard people!!

NEVER AGAIN. The service was not bad. The food?? TRASH. There are only 2 WC restaurants in the entire city I go to. But I wanted some and didn’t want to drive to my normal locations. After what I received yesterday, I’ll stick to my normal locations. The burgers were overcooked, bottom bun soggy , top bun hard . Unbelievably horrible. The mozzarella sticks were cold, but not as bad as the burgers.
I would have returned and ask them if they would eat what I was given had I not gotten home. They don’t answer the phone so that wasn’t an option. Their crew and management team should be ashamed. I threw that mess in the trash where it belongs. Don’t try it. You have been warned.

Haven’t been in here in a long while because service was terrible but took a chance and they turned things around. The drive thru person was friendly and I received my food really fast and is was too hot to eat right away so it was fresh

Food is always slow coming from this store. 20 minute wait on burgers is not fast food. Staff talks to you like you’ve disrespected their entire family, but that’s par for White Castles these days.

HORRIBLE service! I waited in the drive thru line/window for 25 minutes for a very small order (two items). TWENTY FIVE MINUTES later, she comes to the window to tell me it’s going to be a “bit longer” because she has to drop my mozzarella sticks. What?!? 29 minutes after arriving, I got my order…..and the “freshly dropped” mozzarella sticks were lukewarm at best.

I tried the 1921 white castle slider. It wasn’t cooked all the way. When we ordered no one answered the drive-thru they don’t have many employees working. You could hear employees yelling and cussing at other employees. There was one nice employee. Don’t come here it’s not only a waste of time but a waste of money. This white castle used to be not bad but it went downhill quickly.

We had a fantastic experience here. We ordered quite a bit of food and they got our whole order correct. We placed our order through the app because there was a 20% off special happening. The mozzarella sticks were great. The jalapeño cheese sliders and onion rings were awesome as well. We also purchased a 100th anniversary coffee mug that changes colors. So fun. I would highly recommend this place!

I’m a truck driver and lobby was closed but they were kind enough to open the lobby for me and my trainee, first time eating at White Castle food was good, fresh and they got it to us fast being that it was only 2 employees running the whole store and they were excellent!!! Good people good food!

The drive thru is consistently slow. At times slow as Christmas. The service borders on apathetic to “get lost”. Occasionally someone is nice and pleasant. Food is usually pretty good.
