I am Mexican so obviously I’ve had Mexican food and drinks my whole life. I was very impressed with the food and beverages! I felt like I was at a Tia’s house. Sooooo delicious and authentic. I would rate it a 20/10 if I could. You won’t regret your visit! Also, you MUST try the micheladas.

The “Best” Mexican Restaurant in Blackwell and in Oklahoma in my opinion. The “Best” Margaritas hands down. We have Never had a bad meal. People come from other states to eat here. The owner has a humble smile and you feel full when you leave. About the whole town goes there for their birthday meal. The waiters sing happy birthday. If your over 21 you get a shot of tequila while wearing a sombrero hat .

We stayed one night in Blackwell, and since this restaurant was conveniently located near our hotel, we decided to give it a try.
We were seated promptly, which gave us plenty of time—perhaps a bit too much—to thoroughly study and discuss the menu before anyone came to take our drink and food order. When the server finally arrived, the food did come out quickly, but it was dropped off and abandoned at the table as if we were part of a relay race.
Unfortunately, both of our orders were incorrect: wrong sauces and toppings, the wrong meat in three of the enchiladas, and cheese sauce instead of the red sauce we specifically requested. We waited several minutes for the server to return, but after more than five minutes and not wanting our food to turn into a science experiment, we started eating.
At one point, the server rushed past our table without so much as a glance. We flagged him down and simply asked for red sauce. Then we waited. And waited. By the time he reappeared, we were nearly finished. He slid a small bowl of red sauce onto the table and vanished once again. Our tea glasses, meanwhile, were running on fumes.
Only after we had finished our meal did he return to “check on us” and deliver the bill.
The food itself wasn’t bad, but between the incorrect orders and the vanishing-act service, the overall experience fell flat. Convenient location aside, we would not return.

I had a large catering order (14 people) that I placed with the restaurant, over the phone, a week prior. Today when I showed up to the restaurant right as they were opening, the food was ready and they were sooo nice too. Helped me carry it out to my car and made the whole experience very pleasant. My clients loved the food and the restaurant had all the plates, napkins, etc. for us too. Love this place and if I am back in Blackwell or nearby, I will go there again.

Great place for some authentic Mexican cuisine. Had the three street taco combo. Three different meat with grilled onions. I wasn’t expecting grilled onions I usually get mine raw however it paired off well. I ordered beans on side everything well seasoned versus just salty and definitely will stop by if I’m passing through again! Flan had thick consistency seems used more yolk than egg white which was better imo. Service prompt and friendly. Salsa medium to mild heat but very good.

The place was packed with families enjoying the food and ambiance.
I had the Chile Colorado plate. It was outstanding. Meat was render and seasoned perfectly.
Beanz and rice were good to go.
Tortillas were fresh and soft.
Wait staff was very attentive.
Definitely a place to get a great meal!
