First time back since the new menus rolled out. Tried the Pick 6 meal for $19.99 and it was a great deal. Also ordered the pretzel knots for an appetizer. Food came out hot and tasty. Our server, Kobe, did an excellent job—friendly and attentive. Great visit!

First time ordering from this location since moving to Tennessee. Did not have enough sauce to cover the wings. If I wanted more I had to pay for it. Also did not get 10 wings either as ordered in one of the boxes. Calling to complain doesn’t help either when it takes forever for someone to answer. Never ordering from here again.

Absolutely great experience every time I step into this restaurant. I always go for lunch on Fridays and Anthony has been a wonderful breath of fresh air. He is always checking on me and always has a smile on his face. He makes it all worth while. Awesome food, friendly staff. God bless you all for all your hard work.

We ordered a ton of food for our office Christmas party this year. We ended up speaking with Frank Neely the regional manager about our order. He took great care in making sure we got the food we needed. He was very attentive and helped with the selection process. The manager of the store was also very nice when we picked up the food. We will definitely use them for future events, the process was easy.

Hadn’t been to this place in years and it has changed a lot. I did love the burger I ate it was by far the best but the service wasn’t to good. A skinny little girl came and squated down beside our table and took our order after we waited for 20 or 30 minutes with no one asking. We were also almost the only ones there so no sure why it took so long. Then we waited on our food for another 30ish minutes it was just too much waiting for me.

We love this BWW location. The store is typically very clean (including bathrooms which is pretty indicative of how clean restaurant kitchens are kept). Our waiter, Anthony, is always amazing and takes care of us. If we’ve ever had an issue (which is exceptionally rare), it is always fixed very quickly. My daughter has dietary restrictions and this is one place she can safely eat.
My son loves the mozzarella sticks. The Philly cheesesteak is pretty good, although I do modify it just a little for my own personal flavor preferences (get it with Swiss cheese instead of the beer cheese). The BBQ chicken salad is also really good,

I’ve been to this restaurant several times, and I will admit that the service can be a hit or miss, but that is with anywhere. Tonight, we came to watch the Bears game play. Our server, Anthony, was on top of it. He made sure that we were able to watch the game on one of the TVs. His customer service skills were on point. Our drinks were always full. We never really had to ask and wait for refills. He even checked to make sure my Pineapple Mojito was alright because he noticed that the color of the drink was a bit different every single time. It’s hard to find a server that notices the little details. Our appetizer was great, and so were the wings. The Honey Chipotle is a great sauce to try, It’s very mild. Anthony made that recommendation, and I appreciate that! We will be back soon because of the excellence we experienced tonight!

We placed an online order for pickup on 3-20-25. Picked up the order around 2:45 P.M. and went straight home to eat it. We ordered the
twenty piece boneless with fries. We were very disappointed. Some of them didn’t have sauce, some were chewy and some were hard like a rock. They seem like they were old. This was our first time eating here since we moved here and it wasn’t a good experience at all.

Waiter was super friendly and did agood job. The wings on the other hand was literally the worst I’ve ever been served in my life. They was nothing but cold, seemed like they’ve been sitting there for hours. The waiter was very understanding and had our order completely re made. In hope that the next order of wings would be somewhat fresh, when they arrived they was almost just as bad. Barely warm and really hard. To be fair it was a Saturday night and was kinda busy but still not an excuse especially for the price of the food and for having “wings” in the name. I never will eat at another Buffalo Wild Wings, this was pitiful. Nothing but bad experiences here.
