Chicken was a bit dry and old. Restaurant was clean and food came out quick, but I had to be escorted to the bathroom by an employee… And there wasn’t even any soap! Would have been fine if the tenders weren’t so small.

I keep coming back because it is the closest chicken I have, however the girls welcome you with a bad face, they tell you that there is no need to wait, because there is no problem, but I can not wait more than 40 minutes of what my order said online, besides that they never supply the containers of salads. next time I prefer to order in Sunoco, it is even better service than an establishment like that, I wish the manager took action on the matter, it is not only my opinion, whenever I was Waiting, there were more dissatisfied people.

Had dinner in the dining room. There was Christian/gospel music playing all while the younger associates were cussing and playing what looked like tag behind the counter. My food was mediocre, fries could have been fresher. Instead of playing games, talking and messing around they could have made the restaurant a bit cleaner.

You would think that by adding AI to take your order it would speed things up. Waited 25 minutes in the drive through. The freaking drive through and two biscuit meals cost $20. I could have ate at a sit down restaurant for cheaper and it been faster.

Wow what a place the manager totally disinterested after waiting in line for 5-10 mins he said something that I didn’t understand that they needed 15-20 mins before they had more chicken or something I just wanted some coleslaw nothing much on a Sunday afternoon when I finally asked they said they were out of coleslaw great work.

Too many “we’re out of’s” when trying to place a basic order. Out of Bo Rounds, out of sauce, out of etc. Customer service was not on par with other locations. I suggest skipping this location and finding another Bojangles if driving through.

I don’t write reviews often, but I am going out of my way to give props to the woman manager at this location that was on duty this morning. I was harassed outside from a bum that followed me into the restaurant and kept coming into the restaurant multiple times she came out from behind the counter to protect me. She had to raise her voice at him because he wouldn’t get out of the restaurant and kept harassing me specifically I am a Caucasian looking woman and she is a darker skinned sister, and I have faced extreme reverse racism here in the south coming from California and not being accepted here and this lady really went to that for me she even walked me out to the car and when he tried to harass me outside, she kept him at bay and really put herself out there for me, which is not part of her job description. They made sure I got my food fast and warm and quickly so I can get out of there unfortunately it’s not the best location in the city. But I really admired her and I wanted to give her a huge shout out. I made a TikTok about her today because I felt very seen and supported when I don’t get that whatsoever out here in the south being from California and so I really wanna say thank you for making me feel safe and protected. I appreciate you. This is whatever a real woman does.

I had a good experience with the service and the food. However, the gentleman with the headsets on and doing cashier as well, wasn’t that polite. First time here and he was expecting to llace the order in 10 secs. Also, just be aware there’s a lot of weird people coming in and out of the fast food.
