I normally don’t leave reviews, but last night was not the greatest. Me and the people I was with were the first ones to come in. We were tended last. A group of boys and a girl came in after us and then two other people.The group of boys was spoken to first (which they were talked to with a negative tone) and the two people were seated before us. We finally sat down with no wait. We were served. I was handed a wrong salad (i order a side salad and not a bigger house salad), my niece order Cajun shrimp pasta (came out as chicken then fixed with cold shrimp), my nieces friend order a Bacon, chicken ranch quesadilla with no pico and she had pico on her plate. I did not get a refill on my water. The waitress did not check up on us, but kept looking at our table and walk near or past us. We had to get other people to help us out. The only two people that had good vibes and genuinely helped us for a moment was an older lady and a lady that was sweeping the floors near us. The vibes coming in with the hostess’ and our waitress and the food server was completely off (felt more liked judge in a way). I know people can have bad days but the way things were handled was not the greatest. I genuinely liked coming to this chilis but after last night I don’t think I’ll come back anytime soon.

Ordered steak fajitas with the triple dipper appetizer. The menu states four tortillas come with the meal. I paid a dollar extra for additional tortilla and selected flour tortillas. When I got home I had three corn tortillas. Not only did I pay extra money for extra tortillas they did not even give me the amount stated on the menu. One of the cups with the queso were only halfway filled up. Same with the container with the cheese and sour cream. There was only enough condiments for one fajita. The steak had a lot of gristle as well. It was definitely a disappointment.

I had such a great experience at Chili’s! Our server, Kensley,was amazing — super friendly, attentive, and made everything feel easy. The food was delicious, and the hostess was really sweet and welcoming when we walked in. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had!

I had ordered the chicken enchilada soup with a house salad. I was also able to taste some of my husband’s ribeye steak and loaded mashes potatoes. It was all delicious! The wait wasn’t long before we were seated and Nate was an amazing waiter! We hope to go back soon!

Hands down the best service I’ve had with this type of restaurant. Our server was incredibly accommodating even when we were being super extra. My wife asked for a marbled sirloin and the chef gave her the best cut he had. It was AMAZING. And the ribs? I cook ribs at home. And the ribs they served me were better than MY ribs. 10/10 experience. We came at 3:30 pm on 10/8/25

We ordered appetizers (Southwest Eggrolls and boneless Buffalo wings) that came out a while after we had our entrees. It took about 30 minutes to get our entrees. We asked where our appetizers were and the waitress disappeared for a while, came back, and said they were still working on them. She advised the manager would discount them from our bill. However, there was no discount, only some extra pieces on the appetizers.
Despite the delays, the food was really good. We ordered burgers and fries. The burgers were huge! We could have shared one. The fries were perfectly cooked, boneless wings weren’t over cooked, and Southwestern eggrolls were slightly spicy, but so good. The waitress was really nice and made sure our glasses stayed filled. Was disappointed in the service this time. This location is usually really good all around every other time we’ve gone.

Cheeseburger was the best looking of all the meals and imho most worth it! Lol! We all wished we had ordered that. We’ve eaten all the restaurants here and everywhere Greenville. Best cheeseburger… Ever, yes ever! There salad was phenomenal. And I’ve never had a bad quesadilla, this one was great. Service again was great, efficient and good experience! Highly recommend!

There are a lot of things on the menu that my family will not eat so we don’t go here often. However, I have discovered that we always liked their burgers. In particular, I am a fan of the bacon rancher. It is massive and I can never eat it in one sitting, so getting two meals out of it makes the price more reasonable. I’ve been to this location maybe five times. They are often understaffed, but the staff that they do have works very hard and does their best so I try to give them a lot of grace. I wish others would recognize that because I have seen people be very rude to the staff here despite them working their tails off.
The restaurant is clean when I’ve gone in, and my customizations are always correct. That is a very important thing for us so we appreciate that.

We’ve been loyal customers of this Chili’s location for quite some time, but our recent visit was incredibly disappointing. My husband received his ribs, but his fries didn’t arrive until 20 minutes later which completely ruined the meal experience.
We politely asked Christina (Manager) if the bill could be adjusted as a courtesy due to the inconvenience. Her response was not only unhelpful, but rude and dismissive she refused and walked off without any resolution. When asked to return back to the table she stated she took a percentage off of the meal which we later determined after careful review of the receipt that was a LIE.
This is not the level of service we expect, especially from a place we’ve supported frequently. Management needs to seriously reevaluate how customer concerns are handled. Time for a change in leadership.
We’re truly disappointed and reconsidering returning in the future.

Enjoyed a family night out and can’t speak highly enough of our server Tinsley! Always a win using Chilis rewards to get free chips and salsa. I went with the guiltless menu and ordered the 6oz sirloin with broccoli and garlic butter! Played tic-tac-toe with my daughters and no, I didn’t let them win!
