Pulled into the drive through to hear “order now” and nothing else. Very rude way to start, but okay, it is what it is. Got my food and unwrapped it to find mold on my sandwich. Called them to ask for a refund and was told “our bread is perfectly fine I’m looking at it now”. I told them it was for sure moldy and they said bring it back or they didn’t believe me and then hung up. Hold y’all like “perfectly fine” bread!

Terrible attitude, messed my order up 3 times. Didn’t give my dips, very rude even though I was calm and polite despite having to drive back there to get my order fixed. Things like this happen often but I still give the benefit of the doubt also it’s close to home or I wouldn’t even attempt to order from this store

I ordered a frappe. I waited 20 minutes. They finally bring it out with mocha all over the outside of it. I asked the kid to clean it off since it was going all over me and my truck. I should make him clean my truck. The boy got mad because I asked him to clean it off. Your McDonald losted a loyal customer. The cashier was nice.

Totally botched my order for delivery and to correct you have to call, not go online, but call, DoorDash. Order had everything but the happy meal, so everybody got food but the kid. Big Mac was sent with nothing but lettuce on it. Who would ever order a big Mac lettuce only, no sauce, just lettuce? Plenty of cheaper ways to get that. McChicken had wrong ingredients. For some reason we got 8 drinks and only ordered 6. There’sa ticket taped to the bag that has everything right on it in big print exactly as ordered. Need to check the orders, not just throw crap in a bag and call it good. $11 delivery fee and a tip, MCDONALD’S should send the correct food.
**update** the delivery service refunded $17. That was the cost of each individual item that was incorrect. I don’t try to get free things, but it was an $85 order and each individual item doesn’t account for me having to cook something for one of our grandchildren. I can understand it’s all they can do though. I’ll adjust rating for the effort.

Always horrible Service they never give sauce for their nuggets constantly having to drive back after getting home and realizing food was made wrong or no sauce. They Make a big deal if you ask for sauce because they forgot it and ask you to pay for it. Also the other night I went and got cookies and an apple pie, and both were reheated several times and way past the timestamp just because they didn’t want to be bothered to make any thing fresh and today it takes the cake sat in the drive-through for about five minutes and nobody answered. I drove up to the window and two of the guys were messing around and I had to say excuse me and asked what was going on. They look annoyed and I said that nobody took my order and I was just sitting there and the guy snotly replied “well. What do you want”so I just said that I was no longer needing anything and drove off, consistent issues all the time and Rude staff. Save yourself and drive a few minutes down the road to the Trenton location.

If I could give a negative number I would. Ordered 3 hamburgers got home had NOTHING on any of them called then went back. They of course asked me to pull up and wait with no other cars in drive thru, almost 10 minutes later they brought out bag, opened it and they had no onions, a pickle her and there no mustard. Asked to speak to manager, she sent a kid out that tried to just give money back. Demanded to talk to manager she came out and basically said well here’s your money back. They were rude. I took pics of hamburgers and I’d almost say there’s spit or something on one. They need shut down and the owner needs to get their butts into that place and find out what’s going on and actually see what the workers are doing or not doing. Pathetic.

When they get busy they dont finish cooking the fries and its terrible. Ive got white soggy fries from them now on multiple occasions. To make things worse when I try to reach out, nobody ever answered the phone.

As I truly believe I’m being a bit generous on the amount of stars I’m giving these guys, this McDonalds has got to be one of the WORST ones I’ve ate at in a long time. As they screwed my order up originally, with giving me a chicken sandwich in my $5 Meal Deal, one of two meals I ordered, I went back up to the counter and told the manager I had requested one meal to be a McDouble when I first ordered. She asked if I wanted a regular McDouble, I said yes, then told her I also needed BBQ sauce for my nuggets, (which I AGAIN ordered originally and didn’t get not one in my bag). So, I got my sandwich and BBQ sauce and returned to my seat and upon opening my sandwich I saw that the whole sandwich looked like it was dipped in grease, and the sandwich was cold. I lost my patience at that point and tried my best to eat what I could of it, which wasn’t much. I promise, I will NOT be returning to THIS McDonald’s EVER again.

I just went through the drive thru, you all need to get professional people to take orders. Then you get your food, your fries are turned upside down. I believe new management needs to be put in place at this location. This will be my last time for this location. You’re lucky I had to give you 1 star.

Three meals for $20 and change on the app, we rarely have issues with our orders at this location, curbside service was fast and courteous. Most importantly, the fries were fresh and crisp!
