Poor service inside. At this place the drive through is the most important. Dine in is not. They look at you and just keep on doing what they’re doing and it takes forever to get any help. Forget getting a refill on your sweet tea.

Horrible. placed the order at 10:13 and didn’t get it until 10:40. i ordered an iced coffee WITH milk and chocolate drizzle and they didn’t add milk i added espresso because i was expecting them to do their job and add milk because i don’t like it that sweet but NOPE. i got the most bitter coffee possible because you can’t do you damn job. i was also told you didn’t even know how to make it. buddy it was one of the simplest orders ever and you can’t even do it. shame on you never returning

First off a manger came to take our order and seemed put out that we bothered her and definitely wanted us to use a kiosk. Fries were tough and seems like the oil was old – filet of fish had no tartar sauce and seemed well done or like it had been cooked a long time ago.

They do not have anything for changing your kids diapers you have to change them at the tables.
The food was plain unless you count burn as a flavor. The only reason I am giving any stars is because there are only 3 staff members but if you try to talk to the staff they will look at you an turn around even the manager or I believe is the manager will do it.
They do not take any cash inside the store but will take it at the drive in.
The if you use the self service ordering They do not print receipts so you have to pray you remembered your order number.

Mcdonalds really went downhill faster than the bobsled in Cool Runnings! It seems every order was parked. The was no one interested in taking my order. The store is boring! Please make it stop. If we must wait for food at least make it fresh to order, not something that was in a heating tray all day. Do better.

My husband and I were really disappointed with my visit to the McDonald’s in Huntsville, AR. The food quality was poor — my fries were cold, and my burger wasn’t made correctly. The wrapping of the burgers were sloppy. It also took a long time to get our order. The bathrooms were very dirty, and the outside area looked unkempt with trash and flies everywhere. This location definitely needs some improvement in cleanliness and service.

Unexpectedly Impressive Late-Night Stop! Don’t eat a lot of McDonald’s, but was starving late after skipping meals all day and stopped at the East Robinson location in Springdale, AR. Genuinely impressed! The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was surprisingly well put together – crispy chicken, fresh toppings, held up great. Fries were perfectly hot and fresh-tasting. The young woman at the register had a genuinely friendly demeanor, and my order was ready incredibly fast despite the hour. For a quick, in-a-pinch meal, this location exceeded expectations in both food quality and efficient, pleasant service. Will definitely consider this spot again when needed!

This was a great place to get a quick bite to eat on the road! The food was hot and ready to eat when we got it and tasted wonderful. The employees were friendly and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s hungry! Very good for a MacDonald’s.

Terrible..got two large sprites. They handed them to us just above half full. Asked if they would top it off and they added ice. Drinks ended up being flat anyway. Both fries were cold as well.
