People are to picky. This is a great location. Before and after the remodel. I have lived in bigger cities and the Taco Bell’s were horrible. This one is not. Tge employees are really nice. The only time they ever messed my order up they immediately apologized. Then proceeded to give me a coupon to use on my next visit.

The service here was awful. I was waiting for well over 20 minutes on a woman who was sat at the menu with her window up. I pulled around to the window and asked if I could order here since she may have been having difficulties which they rudely replied that they told her to stay there and that if I wanted to order I had to pull back around to the line. The tone and attitude they had said it in and acted towards me was hateful. If you hate your job…do not work there. Nobody else is forcing you to be there. (I ended up just leaving.)

The remodel is great!! Hopefully they can keep it this clean and keep the service friendly. The tacos actually had a good amount of ingredients on them. Usually there is hardly anything on the tortilla. I had stopped going but wanted to give it a try after the remodel. Will definitely be returning….hopefully they can keep it like it is now.

2 stars but only because the manager was nice when I called but the employees need to do better. The drink machine was messed up. The sprite I ordered tasted like carbonation so they swapped it for a Baja blast which was no different but I left it alone. What aggravated me was the fact that they put my Mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag so it was literally busted in the bag. Manager was understanding but it would be nice if the order was made right in the first place. This is laziness.

Watched the drive-through guy sneeze as he was fixing a drink. The cashier was nice and the lady that handed me my food was nice too. Tried the new chicken cantina. There wasn’t much to it. Avacado Verde sause was yummy, tho!

If the drive through looks full, don’t try going inside. They prioritize DoorDash orders. The orders will not be made correctly. Horrible service.

Edit: paid 60 cents to add beans to a beef burrito got the faintest hint of beef on a bean burrito

This isnt ok.
If I didn’t pay $0.60 to add beans to a $1 beef burrito it would just be rice with a teaspoon of tomatoes and beef.
I am disgusted by what they did.
It’s like they were running out of beef and needed to spread it out for the last few customers of the night or they wouldn’t have any left.
I would have happily waited another 5-10 minutes to get an actual beef burrito rather than a bean and rice burrito that I paid an extra 60 cents for.
