Excellent pizze. We ordered the lasagna pizza but switched the sausage to chicken. One of the best pizzas . Also, dont forget to try those raviolis . Perfectly crispy outside and lots of cheese inside.

Darius, our server, was amazing. He was very helpful in recommendations for both my date and I. She had the salmon and devoured the meal in one sitting which is rare for her (it’s because it tasted “so good”). I had them build me a custom meat lovers pizza from scratch and it was the best pizza I can remember ever tasting and I’ve tried over a hundred over many years. The drink selection is nice and affordable. It was a perfect experience. Amazing value for the price. Highly recommended. Thank you, Darius!

I did ask whether they make their pasta in-house (which is typically just flour and egg), and the answer was no. That was a little disappointing, especially after recently traveling in Italy where the food was both higher quality and more affordable. This is more classic American-style Italian food — enjoyable, but not authentic.
The atmosphere is casual and very local — more of a Hermitage/Old Hickory vibe. Seating is open and cafeteria-style with little separation, so it can get loud and feels a bit static. Nothing upscale or intimate here, but that’s clearly not what they’re going for.
Overall: great service, friendly people, good-tasting food, casual setting. Would come back for the service alone.

We celebrated my granddaughters birthday last night upon arrival, we were greeted by Stacy he was quick and efficient very personable. He paid attention to all the small things and was extremely professional. The food was delicious It means a lot when you come out to celebrate life events, and the person that takes care of you shows The love and care that Stacy showed . I hope this establishment knows how important and fabulous that Stacy is. Round of applause and 2 snaps in a circle for Stacy!!! Even though he said they were a little short staffed we saw him handling our family of 10 and other tables with complete ease. Thanks Stacy you are awesome and appreciated!!!

Gondola house is a staple of hermitage. Really good pizza, decent selection of beer, friendly atmosphere, and great service make this place a go to for me at least 6 times a year or so. I hope it stays as long as i live here.

Our party ordered pizzas. Delivery time was excellent. All the food was fresh and prepared professionally. Spoke with the owner. She was very open and friendly and showed exceptional hospitality. It was a Friday night we were seated immediately at 5:00 p.m. by the time we left there was no open seats and a waiting line.

Our go to for Italian in Hermitage!! Love, love, love the chicken parmesan. Hidden item but I have them put it on a sandwich. It’s great! Good mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and can’t ever go wrong with the pizza here. Really good food and great service too!

This place is always a hit. We live less than a mile away and come here often. The food is always great no matter if you dine in or have it delivered.
The appetizers are always delicious. Mozzarella sticks are a must, as is the fried ravioli. Really all of them. Took pictures below, but only remembered to snap the salad, before digging in.
Pizzas are phenomenal and pasta too. Have only tried the burgers a couple of times, but they were also great.
Not expensive and a really warm atmosphere. Everyone here is nice and kind.
