Couldn’t have been happier!!
This review was long overdue. I went for my birthday and had the best experience!
Alyssa was my waitress. She was soooo sweet, yet professional, attentive to all my needs and very efficient throughout.
I ordered the burger with the egg inside and it was cooked to perfection. The bottomless fries were the cherry on top.
I asked Alyssa if she could ensure the fries came out hot each time, and they did! Considering they were bottomless, I really commend her attentiveness and genuine care; she really made my night!

You know why we’re all here. Bottomless fries. The burgers are always great. The service is excellent. I never want for anything when I eat here. It can get busy. I got there one time a little before 5 and watched 5 or 6 cars pull up separately with separate parties just converge and swarm the lobby it was wild and the staff dealt with it like champs. Neither mine nor my nephews beer mug or fry basket wanted for anything that time. Excellence in execution.

They’ve changed something recently. The food is higher quality, it feels like I’m a better value and the service is really friendly. If course, I was done at bottomless Root Beer Floats, but the food variety is pretty great to. We find something for everyone.

As a group we ordered my crispy chicken salad, onion rings for the table, one cocktail, and one burger. Two entrees, one appetizer, and one cocktail should not be over $100. Especially if it comes from Red Robin. My friends enjoyed their burger. I liked my salad. I think it’s a tad too expensive for what it is. But it’s not bad at all. Service could be a bittt faster as well. But overall it’s not a bad restaurant at all

Red Ribbon is one of my go-to places for a great burger. The staff are always friendly and attentive. They are right on it when it comes to customer service and food consistency. The atmosphere here is nice. Music, sports are always on and the patrons seem to like the atmosphere as much as I do. Great job Red Robin!

Absolutely delightful afternoon spent at this fantastic restaurant. Nicole, the waitress, was amazingly great. She greeted us cheerfully; she served us quickly and ensured all of our food was cooked to perfection. She made us great iced tea and lemonade cups to go. Nicole was extremely attentive and you could see that she really loves her job because she goes above and beyond. She made us feel extremely welcome and very happy. The food was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the pretzel appetizer and the hamburgers were outstanding. This restaurant has nice upbeat music and it was very clean and tidy. We were also fortunate to meet Cynthia, one of the mangers, and she was very kind and gracious. She made us feel very comfortable and was she was fun to talk to about many things. Staff opened doors for us and greeted us with care and kindness.
There are ample parking spaces and many handicapped spots available here.
If you want to have a marvelous lunch, please go to this Red Robin and be sure to ask for Nicole as she will make your stay here absolutely terrific! I will come back here very soon for the warm and welcoming environment and the perfectly cooked food. Best hamburgers, bar none.

We had lunch here as we usually do when in town. Our burgers were perfectly prepared. My husband ordered sweet potato fries and got the bottom of the bag (all little ones) but they were cooked as requested.
The service was very good. The hostess and manager were enthusiastic and welcoming. We hope to visit again in the future.

WOW what a joke of a restaurant and a waste of money. My husband and I went in for the $9.99 burger/drink/bottomless fries deal. We came in an hour and a half before closing and we were only customers there. Bad sign. As soon as they sat us they turned off the TVs we were watching. Okay guess we’re eating in silence now. Ordered a mojito. No prices on the menu of course so you can’t think twice. Waited and waited for it. Heard the server walking around talking to coworkers about how he can’t find the bartender. Okay great. We get the burger and it was COMICALLY small! I’m talking smaller than a jr cheeseburger! Three bites and it was gone! Ordered garlic fries which they’ve been out of for awhile with the excuse “the company we order them from are on strike” okay thanks for admitting that you guys don’t even make your fries in house? How hard is it to throw some garlic on the regular fries? Lazy, cheap restaurant. Second round of fries were absolutely covered in salt to the point they were inedible. Said forget it at that point. Got the bill and it was $50! Sitting there confused for awhile until the server had to come and fix the bill. All in all $47 with tip for a tiny burger and we were hungry an hour later. Do these greedy restaurants not understand how hard we have to work to afford a nice night out at a restaurant and this is the service we get? Oh by the way that tiny mojito was $12!!! I could have bought a whole bottle of wine for that!! NEVER going back! Shame on you!

Was out in Palm Desert to watch kids football games and stopped at Red Robin’s afterwards. The food was delicious, the staff was kind, friendly, and professional. We really enjoyed watching college football by our table. Overall great dining experience.

The food and atmosphere were great but the waitress got a little loud when the food she brought to our party was wrong. I understand it can get hacked but we made a few suggestions on how the orders should be taken so there isn’t a mix-up. Maybe next time she’ll listen.
