I came to Popeyes on 59 in Humble because my handicapped friend wanted some fried chicken and fries. This one is the closest to his house and it’s conveniently located at a gas station on Hwy 59. The kiosk seemed to having issues. The dining room is kind of tiny. The service counter looked like still in the pandemic time. Condiment station is completely empty. Employee was somewhat helpful. She gave me 4 honey sauces for 4 biscuits because I asked for.

I tried knocking on the door many times at 9:05 when at nine they are supposed to have their doors open. It’s been locked and I tried going to the drive-through she answered, but she did not respond back after our order. She stayed quiet the lady that was on the microphone.

Yes you have the bright and shiny kiosks but it doesn’t hurt to actually deal with the paying customer.
There’s either not enough chicken ready for the lunch or dinner rush.

If I could put 0 stars i would. This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a popeyes location. I ordered my food directly on the popeyes app for delivery. I spent $50 and only received half of my food. Apparently the food was stolen by my delivery driver but when I went in to the store they were no help to me. They advised me to go through doordash but i didnt order on doordash. I ordered on popeyes.com. Im so upset because I had to come out of pocket and repay for food that was stolen from me. The least they could have done was accomodate me for my HORRIBLE experience.

I’ve been going to this place for a couple of years. Unfortunately, the quality of food and service has been declining for some time now and I’m not sure what it going on. One problem I have is during late evening hours, if you request dark meat, they will give you a breast as if you think you are supposed to confuse it as a thigh. Secondly, some of the food is overcooked or taste like it is old. The workers are pleasant l, but the service decline when they bring out food that isn’t of quality.

Tonight me and my family went to popeyes to grab some food. I placed and walked to the front to pay for it, nobody was there im stilling saying hello hello hello everybody at the back including the manager talking and eating. My husband comes and he use his voice to make somebody answer. The boy at the drive thru yelled hold on bro and i start going off. They handed me my order that they forgot the chicken sandwich tell us that it will be 4 minutes. 4 minutes pass and my husband asked about his sandwich they had forgot again. That popeyes is horrible and has horrible customer service. The food was horrible my chicken was hard and cold. They gotta do better we wont be returning.

What an experience different light and smooth. It’s not too heavy like ice cream. They don’t give you too much, just enough to keep asking for more. The taste and presentation of this ice cream is gourmet. THE TASTE & TEXTURE IS GREAT .A must-try if you like something different. YES, Yall out DID Yall selves with THIS one, AND THE SERVICE WAS !

Horrible restroom how do they run a restaurant with an unsanitary restroom? No soap to even just wash your hands or toilet paper to even use the restroom just nothing but feces and urine all over the floor and walls. How do they cook when they don’t even clean their bathroom that’s a Health hazard some one can get sick don’t eat here you can smell the bathroom without walking inside the restroom!
