As a college student this is totally the place to go for a nice cheap meal (Especially using the app!). This place gets far too much hate I almost never have an order messed up and the food has always tasted fantastic everytime with minimal variation of quality (good thing). Workers are nice for the most part and food is served quickly. I would give this place six stars if I could!

If you’re doing any type of say, monopoly game at your facilities, and you are out of product wrappers and not getting more in, then, you should have them taken down off all of your menus. The only reason I came in and ordered the food that I did this morning and spent $50 was for tickets that my husband asked me for. It’s not even the food that we eat. So thank you. Also, when I ordered my 2 carmal coffees, I paid for extra whip cream and chocolate swirl. Never got it.

This place has a problem with expediting orders. Either they’re understaffed or they just lack a sense of urgency.
The food is mediocre. Not fresh, but not stale. Definitely have had better experiences with other stores.
The biggest kick in the nuts came from overhearing several employees in the restaurant using some pretty foul language. It’s one thing to say these things when you’re not in earshot of others and just talking to a coworker, but when you’re shouting it across the diner, regardless of the context, it shows a severe lack of consideration.
Not to mention ordering online. Every time I’ve ordered from this particular McDonald’s using Uber Eats, something is either missing from the order (fries; drinks; a whole box of 10 piece nuggets), or the order is incorrect (ice in the drink; condiments and onions on a burger clearly marked as “plain”).
The employees here are objectively lazy and uncivilized and the managers/supervisors need to step up and hold these people, and themselves, accountable for this store.

Come through to get some sweet teas (2) and it took 5 mins just to get them and then they taste like straight water haha just threw it away cuz I’ve got plenty of water that has 0 calories at home rather than wasting my calories and thirst on that. How is it sweet tea but doesn’t even taste like regular tea AT ALL.

Showed up at 10:50 PM to two people with back door to the kitchen cracked open smoking. Pulled around to the drive through to get an automated message they were closed. My app says they are open so I place my reward item for drive through pick up. I drive around the building 3 more times over 10 minutes, after honking someone tells me they are closed and don’t know why the app let me place an order. It did because you are supposed to be open. Do better

This place is ridiculous go in to pick up an order the workers seen me standing there numerous times to tell somebody what I’m there for. After 15 minutes of waiting and serving other customers, walking by me multiple times and noticing me a worker finally asks “what is the lady in the front waiting for “ the same worker who had not only walked by me but also made eye contact with me more than once. I then proceeded to say I’ve only been standing here and you’ve noticed me numerous times maybe you should’ve asked a while ago. Terrible experience never again. People working there are so ignorant.

I ordered a delivery from here and I did not get my whole order. I understand that this was door dashes issues and I called them, they were so much more helpful. I am only writing this review because when I called the lady who answered was very rude and unhelpful. I understand she couldn’t refund or replace my order, but the way she answered the phone was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
