One of the best Thai restaurants . If you love real Thai food not Americanized you have to try this place . The heat from the spices to the special sauces it leaves your mouth watering . The service is amazing . Everything fresh and hot . The duck was tender and had a little crispy side to it .

Thaicoon was a decent experience overall. The pad thai had good flavor, but it was a bit heavy on the carrots and lighter on the meat than expected, which made it feel slightly unbalanced. The dish was still enjoyable, just not quite what I was hoping for. Service was fine, and the overall experience was okay. It’s a solid option if you’re craving Thai food, with some room for improvement.

Excellent food, excellent interior, modern feel… but back hallway seems dangerous because all their “stuff” is stacked back there but the bathrooms are right at the front as you enter the hallway, so it’s okay, but it’s an eyesore. Additionally, even though we have now been here 3 times in the last month(!), minus one star because their payment system automatically has tips set to 20,22,25% or some ridiculous tip amount. THIS IS CRAZY! And they are holding the handheld thing at your table while you’re choosing the tip and paying so it’s a bit awkward. We have had green and red curries, pad Thai, som tam (papaya salad), and even some chicken wings during their happy hour. Lots of specials, and 5 levels of spice.

We have always enjoyed Thaicoon and their many GF options , but today was absolutely the best dining experience. (Helped make up for the terrible breakfast experience at Toasted Yolk this morning. )
The food was fabulous as always, but we also happened to be eating during happy hour. The waiter delivered great service, the food came out fast, fresh, and fantastic, and drinks were so good. We stopped an employee walking by and asked for the happy hour drink menu again. He not only obliged quickly with a smile, but he enthusiastically answered questions we had about some of the drinks. We didn’t know he was the bartender, but that explained his explicit knowledge of the drinks. But his joy and enthusiasm describing the drinks was not just a bartender answering questions. He was excited about his drinks and the drinks we ordered were amazing. We reflected on our terrible breakfast experience and this was such a totally wonderful dining experience we decided we should talk to the manager and give kudos to everyone who helped us. It turns out the manager was not in that night. That just speaks volumes to how great that manager must be to have a staff so customer focused and striving for such perfection because they care, and not because the manager is watching. Thank you, Thaicoon, for taking one of our favorite restaurants from fantastic to awesome!

I have been here many times over the past few years. I will say that their quality of food remains the same what has changed is their quantity of food, unfortunately it has seem to been reduced over the years. That is nothing against them it’s a tough market in food with inflation and meat cost rising. With that said though their service remains top notch.
Food – remains very consistent other than quantity it’s still a great spot for Thai food. I recommend their basil fried rice or pineapple fried rice or any of their curry. For appetizers I thoroughly enjoy their millionaire mussels. 3/5 food.
Service – remains great, tables are cleared quickly, orders are entered promptly and accurately, water glass remains full even if I have another beverage there. 4/5 service
Atmosphere – clean, welcoming. Bathrooms are very clean, floors cleaned, tables cleaned, walls, curtains, and ceiling vents cleaned. If a game is going on because there is a bar it can get sometimes loud and rowdy. 4/5 ambience.

I always appreciate being able to have Gluten free Thai food here, the owner is also so friendly and staff recognizes us each time we come, I think the place deserves better ratings than 4.2!
I’m a happy customer, love the Curries all GF, fried rice is GF, noodles are GF & Thai Larb is GF! Gluten Free food is labeled all over the menus & more we haven’t yet tried!
We definitely are regulars here now.
PS: I am not Celiac but I am Gluten Intolerant so I have to be so careful!

This place has a great ambiance and serves delicious food. I tried the pineapple fried rice, red curry, and mango sticky rice, and enjoyed all of them. The portion of mango could be increased to better match the amount of sticky rice.

What a shame! I have been wanting to visit this place for a while now. I see all the photos on instagram and people talking about this restaurant so I had to check it out. I even invited some friends that were in from New Orleans to join us for some fun and “good food”… I had such big expectations for this place and was so very much let down as the hype was all just that “just all talk”! This was the worst place I have ever visited! Not only could the bartenders not make a good drink my drink was und-drinkable. I ordered a dirty martini and got back a drowned in vermouth abomination!! I asked for an other one as it was not made right and it came back even worse!! I was so appalled!! It was so gross! I even tried to order something so simple any BAR could make, I ordered a margarita and it was horrible!!! The server hardly ever came by to see if we needed anything and couldn’t even remember to bring us water, I had to get up and get some from the bar. The food was laughable! One dish was scallops in a broth on a spoon. The photo showed a nice size scallop but when we received our dish the scallops were the size of your pinky nail!!! Don’t waste your time, effort, and money trying this place out!! You will be disappointed!!!! All the food they show you is nothing like the food you actually get. The service was very bad even with only three other couples there. All the staff did was sit behind the bar area and talk. I wonder, with 6 people behind the bar can anyone that works there even make a decent drink at all?? If A martini and a margarita trip you all up??? Can Any real bartenders out there reading this and make this make sense???

A great spot for Thai food lovers with a full bar! The food was excellent, service was good, and the ambiance was vibrant.
It was our first visit, and my family loved it. The menu caters well to both non-veg and vegan options, and it’s kid-friendly too—our little one enjoyed his chicken fried rice. Portions were generous and perfect for sharing.
We also appreciated the clear spice level warnings on the menu—they were spot on! There are still plenty of dishes we’d love to try, so we’ll definitely be back.

The service and the food was great . The millionaire muscle was great . Loved the spring rolls , fried rice and the Thai curry. Our friend ordered the sea food curry, but something was off with the fish. We asked for a replacement and the staff replaced it without fuss. Overall it was a nice dining experience
