We had a good experience here. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They seemed short staffed but the manager lady did such a good job of delegation, that the two young men were able to work swiftly at the stations they were given while the manager was on the grill putting out food. This was an excellent example of making the best of what you have got to work with. Food was great service was fast, even short staffed, and everyone was polite and accommodating all while keeping the dinning room clean and the line flowing. Great job to the woman managing the the 2 men working today! Excellent team work!

Love Freebirds, but this location is poorly run.
I went in for lunch today, there were only 2 guests in front of me, but only one person actually serving guests. I waited while the first person discussed a trade with the staff for some pizza. That person was an employee from a nearby Pizza restaurant just a few doors to the west. They agreed to a trade and made her meal for free, slowly. Eventually they came to the next guest behind her, but I decided to leave and go to the one on my way home in Allen instead. They lost a sale while they were giving food away.
You can throw a rock in any direction and hit a spot to get a great bowl, burrito, or pita. It is no surprise this is one of the emptiest restaurants in the area. The staff is losing you money, even giving it away. If you want to compete in this area you should consider a change in leadership!

This freebirds is amazing! Taj was not only welcoming but so knowledgeable about the items I could eat or not for me to be able to enjoy with me wanting a protein packed meal. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time and even when I was concerned about what sauces contained gluten she immediately found the allergy menu and let me know!!! Awesome job to her!!! Thanks Taj.

I always enjoy going here. The food is fast and delicious. The meats are tasty and the veggies are fresh. They have a great selection of salsas. The staff is always kind. Today I was helped by Jodan. He was polite and efficient.

The adults in this establishment seemed content to let the kid do all the work. The manager is apparently too important to do any work, and the other woman was finding other random tasks to do instead of serving customers. Result = we waited 30 minutes for food when there were only 4 people ahead of us. The poor kid was doing his best – I hope he quits and finds somewhere that treats him as an equal.

Jackson and Jordan were incredible. They worked quickly and provided care with our order. They even offered to keep our food warm while we waited for meat to be cooked. People like Jackson and Jordan are why we continue to come back again and again. Chipotle can’t touch the quality of food and service.

I went in to this restaurant today and met Taj omg she was the best! She answered all my questions. Made my food and it was so great! I will always come back to this location and invite friends. And tell my company to do lunch orders. Give her all the credit!

Since I found out about this I don’t even go near Chipotle anymore. It’s my favorite Mexican food! I definitely love it! And the prices are much cheaper and the quantity is much larger.
