If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have tried this location 3 times & I really try to not come back but it’s on my daughter’s way to school & sometimes as a treat, we stop for food. In the mornings, there are always 2 older black women & both of them are extremely rude. I understand they may be short staffed or maybe even tired of working. I get it, I’m tired of working too but please do not have attitudes with your customers especially when they’re trying to treat you with kindness. Sometimes they’re moving so fast, multi tasking that when they ask you a question, you can’t hear, now they have an attitude. I normally do online orders & most of the time it’s not even ready when I get there. Today, I will admit that I got there ahead of time. No problem, when I pulled in the drive thru she was very rude, saying we just got it, it’s not ready which I already knew. I wasn’t mad but just the way she said it. Pulled up, no good morning or nothing. They also never follow your special request but I didn’t even make a fuss. I asked for bottom buns only, they didn’t do it. I asked for plain sliders (no onions, no pickles) as it was for my dog, they had onions on the bread…again no big deal because I took the bread off but what if it was for someone who was allergic to onions. The meat was either sitting there for awhile or over cooked on the edges because they were hard & the cheese on my doubles, barely melted. So maybe they were rushing because I arrived early. No thank you, no have a good day…I get tired of spending my money on rude customer service & mediocre food. I hope the manger sees this & have a meeting or if one of the women working is the manager then you really need to check yourself. No one wants to be greeted with rudeness at 7:40am.

I had a very unprofessional experience at this location while going through the drive-thru. I was picking up an Uber Eats order and a personal pickup order. When the employee first came on the speaker, he repeatedly interrupted me before I could even finish giving the names for the orders. I was simply trying to confirm that both orders were in the system.
When I pulled up to the window, the confusion continued because the employee kept assuming the wrong order names and would not allow me to finish explaining which orders I was actually picking up.
The situation became extremely inappropriate when the employee called me an “ugly ass” under his breath, which I clearly heard. I had been calm and respectful the entire time, so there was absolutely no reason for that kind of comment toward a customer.
I asked to speak with a manager and explained exactly what had happened. Unfortunately, the manager stood there and did not address the behavior or apologize for the situation. After the manager walked away, I told the employee that he was old enough to be my father and that speaking to a woman young enough to be his daughter that way — especially about her appearance — was completely out of line. As someone who is currently going through postpartum, that comment hit me hard and was extremely disrespectful.
To make matters worse, the employee told management that I “come through there all the time causing problems,” which is simply not true. I mind my business, pick up my orders, and leave.
I understand that restaurants can get busy and employees have to multitask. However, basic customer service still matters. If someone at the speaker needs a moment to wait, it’s simple to politely say “please hold on for a moment.” Instead, the employee kept the headset on while talking to customers at the window and coworkers, which made communication confusing.
There is no excuse for insulting customers or delivery drivers. Professionalism and basic respect should be expected when interacting with people picking up orders.
I hope ownership or upper management looks into this situation, because this type of behavior reflects very poorly on the establishment.

We came here for the Valentine’s Day love castle and the workers here are so sweet. The whole restaurant was decked out and super cute! Our server Deborah and the rest of the staff made the experience so awesome.

A lil bit of Everything
I was picking up something quick to eat the window person was nice and it took awhile for my onion rings to be ready but when I arrived at work i was highly disappointed my bread on my double cheese burger slider’s was hard and the chicken sandwich was dry I asked for no pickles on everything so I wondered was the chicken sandwich supposed to have pickles on it to make it juicy ? trust I will not be getting that anymore.

Once the sun goes down so does the service at this location. 100% of the time I am asked to wait for anywhere from 5-15 minutes before placing my order in the drive thru, even if there are only 2 cars waiting for their food.

The ordering kiosk and signs are busted and broken. Crew forgot my drink as well and when I returned for it some female working here spoke no words as she got me my drink. Visiting this location is brutal. Shout-out tho to the guy who gave me a couple complimentary sliders for the wait and he deserves some praise, but consistently this place makes no sense and I’ve never been able to place my order within 5 minutes if arrival.

3.8 average is lying to you unless those people leaving high reviews were just that: high.

Honestly was surprised with White Castle as they don’t have these many places.

Had a 1921 slider and it was okay. It wasn’t as bad as people say, so that’s good!

But overall it isn’t a place I’ll ever go to again.

I went at 2:30am and they were quick for service !
