Fairly delicious. Appetizers were very good – did a combo of falafel, baba, and dolmades. Loved everything. Meals were very good, maybe just a little rich for my pallet that night. Server was completely non-conversational, but that must have been him. Baklava was AMAZING.

The Mediterranean food is fresh and filling. Dining on the outside terrace overlooking the canal is truly a delightful experience. My wife opted for the Gyro plate and raved about the tzatziki sauce! I decided on the moussaka which I thoroughly enjoyed!

I have been going here for over 20 years and each time I say, “They are going down.” More than a couple of times I have received food that seemed frozen for months. I keep going back thinking that was just a bad day remembering the days of old when they served good food. This last visit will be my last. They sold me hard crusted, not warm, seemed like it had been in the freezer for months mousakka, and the salad that used to have onions and olives I was told I had pay extra for that. Hunh? They just opened a new store in Victor but if they serve food like they do at this location, they will be out of business SOON. It is sad how businesses forget to keep doing the things that made them popular. Another reviewer recommended Dalia’s in Fairport. I looked it up and the food looks fresh. I will be trying that place.

We beat the lunch rush! It was absolutely packed with quite a few people waiting when we left. Great sign that it’s worth going to.

The moussake was fantastic! Highly recommend. My dish came with a Greek salad as well. Pretty big portion and the prices extremely reasonable. Definately will be back.

Great view, great service, and great food! Aladdin’s is such a great place to visit when you’re out in this part of Rochester. With views of the Erie Canal, our lunch on the first floor was peaceful. Our food was top tier and our server was very kind with a good sense of humor. Will definitely be back

Great experience. We were seated on the upper porch overlooking the canal. Our server Kiera was frankly one of the most enjoyable, polite and friendly server I have run into in a long time. She must really love her work there. Anyway, great food, great atmosphere, great location with lots of free parking close by. Do it!
