First time at this particular location and I gotta say, I was impressed with the cleanliness, food quality and overall experience. Loved the dinning room design and layout, made us feel at home. They even have a communal fireplace and sitting area. Service was fast, employees were kind & Food was as expected coming from Wendy’s. Would recommend coming in for lunch, they have a nice little Biggie Bag Deal that offers a burger, fries, 4ct nuggets and a drink for $6!! They do however need better sauces

Horrible customer service you have a lady that doesn’t understand her o2n menu has no idea what the combo contains messed up my order 3x so I just got a refund. She has no idea what’s going on in 2026 . Waisted my entire lunch brk and didn’t get any thing to eat just a headache bc Ana dosent know what combos contain .

The bald guy working the counter and drive through feb 6 at around 11:30 am was very passive aggressive , called me the wrong name after I corrected him , then he cleaned his nose infront of me and never washed his hands before continuing to hand people there orders . Idk what his problem was Maybe he was offended I was paying with ebt, idk there’s a big “ebt accepted sign” so I gladly ordered food using ebt .

Dear Management,

I’m reaching out to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I experienced at your location on Sunday, July 27th, around 9:00 AM.

As a regular customer, I’ve typically had good experiences at this location. However, during this visit, the service at the drive-thru was noticeably unprofessional. After placing my order, there was no acknowledgment from the staff member. I waited for over two minutes before saying “hello,” and was met with a rude response: “What do you want?” The tone was dismissive and disengaged, as if the employee was not focused or interested in helping.

I repeated my order, but the interaction remained poor. In the end, I chose to leave without completing the purchase, as I didn’t have the time to repeat myself again and deal with poor service.

As someone who works in restaurant operations, I understand the value of fast, friendly service—especially in a fast-food setting where speed and customer satisfaction are key. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. I could have chosen a sit-down restaurant, but I came here for convenience and efficiency, which I did not receive.

Recommendation: It may be beneficial to revisit customer service training with your staff to ensure all employees are attentive, respectful, and focused—especially during morning rush hours.

I understand they were busy but that doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service. A simple “hello, I’ll be with you in a minute” would have been just fine, but i waited at the register for a while before I was actually acknowledged. Waited too long from my food and to top it all off there was a spill that was taken care of very poorly and was like that for at least 20 min.
