Only eat here if you like wait 30+ minutes to even order. They won’t take multiple orders at once to get food ready. Hire more people or close so people won’t bother wasting their time.

Just left had ordered a medium slush and medium popcorn chicken. And I noticed once everything was brought out the pop corn chicken was darker than normal and I bit into one and instantly knew it was overcooked and tasted like burnt grease. So I asked a worker could they redo them and she said it takes awhile to cook which was fine but 10 minutes later she brought the order out and it was the same result from the first time like it’s not hard to change grease and set a timer which I thought they’re suppose to do anyway so now I’m still left with burnt food…..please do better and don’t rush on people’s food

Waited over 45 minutes for two drinks we ordered online. Feel so bad for the employee running everything she was sweet and it was clear she was a newer employee. The service here usually sucks so getting someone nice feels like a luxury. Please work of staffing and getting these wait times down.

Waited 30 mins on our food, their was 10 cars that came and went before we even got our food.. The tots was cold. Didn’t offer sauce for the chicken. Didn’t have ketchup for the tots. They was very rude when we asked for the containments.

My 8 year old son loves Sonic so when I passed by this location he made me promise to stop on our way back home since we weren’t from this city & a long way from home. The lady on the headset had us repeat the order at least 3 times as she said she couldn’t hear in her headset so she walked out to the car & directly took the order. It took at least 20 to 25 minutes to finally get the food out to us. I looked in the bag & my order had tater tots but I specifically asked for French fries because my son & I both hate tater tots (she took the order standing in my face but still wrote it incorrectly) so this took another 5 or 10 minutes to correct just for French fries… Imagine my frustration with a hungry 8 year old with ADHD in the backseat… I gave the lady my debit card to pay for the order & she took my card and walked off to another vehicle handing out food… Who does that?? Swipe my card & give it back… She finally gets back to my car 5 minutes later & drops my card on the ground and instead of picking it up like a normal person, she scooted my card on the gritty ground with her foot & now my debit card is all smudged & scratched up on the back… This is my first & last time coming to this particular Sonic… Worst experience I ever had smh

Old place. Ordered in the app. Waited until the time for food. Then, order completed but no food was here. Waited for 25 minutes. Got food after talking to careless and rude staff, and food wasn’t even good. Go to Domino’s instead.

I didn’t wanna give no stars, but I had to click a star just to give a review. Oct 7,2025 I went to Sonic drive thru just to get home to call the store n the Manager hanged up in my face cause yall messed up my order, why repeat my order to me right, just to get home and it’s wrong. I’m ALLERGIC to pickles I said no pickles 2 times. I have to wait in morning to get a refund cause the manager so called couldn’t find my receipt and I was not even a receipt.

Friday night, slow. The girl in drive through couldn’t hear me. A delay. Very overpriced. I could have had a steak for the price of 2 meals. 18.00 includes a sweet tea and a strawberry milkshake.

I never really eat over here in this area. I had to wait over 30 minutes for food because they messed up my order. They come back after 15 minutes with my newly revised order just for it to be messed up again. Burger was cold. I’m just not coming here again I’d rather drive 20 minutes to the next city to get better service!! No napkins. I’m highly frustrated right now because I didn’t feel good all day I decided to come get food so I don’t have to cook and it was just a disastrous experience.
