We ran in there last week for a simple late night meal it was pretty delicious the burger was good so was the tater wedges. He got the new cheese steak burger delicious with the beer cheese we recommend that. Happy hour prices is were it’s budget Friendly.

Had a good time here for my husband’s birthday dinner. I had the boneless wings with the new Buffalo Blue sauce. I liked it although it isn’t as spicy as the normal sauce I get, good change though. Still friendly service as usual.

Ricky handled my pick up order last night and he was awesome! I was just wrapping up a double shift and eagerly looking forward to some delicious honey BBQ wings. I called super late (10:30 or 11 PM) on a Sunday night and Ricky answered the phone in a super friendly & enthusiastic manner. Most people working at that hour would not typically be reflecting an abundantly positive attitude, but he did. It was refreshing to have such a good interaction and the food was fantastic. I tried to leave a review via the QR code on my receipt but scanning it did not work so I’m doing it here. Thanks for a very yummy dinner!

This was our first visit to this location.
We were very impressed. There was no wait. We could seat ourselves. So we sat right in the middle of the area.
I ordered a peach margarita, and they didn’t have any peach mix/syrup available but that was fine. I had a regular w/sugar rim on the rocks. It was one of the best margaritas I’ve had in quiet a while.
Not as big of a drink as I had hoped for but the quality made up for the lack of size.
We ordered cheese sticks, which were made fresh and came out perfect. We gobbled them down so no pics of them just take my word! Perfection!
My husband had the 10 piece mild wings with celery and though they brought out carrots. He decided not to have those. So he showed down on the celery & wings. He ordered fries w/them but didn’t eat many at all. He ended up bringing some wings and his fries home.
Myself, I had the All American smash burger! I prefer 1 piece of meat but the 2 together wasn’t bad at all! The taste was actually the BEST burger I have had since getting back to Chattanooga. The only thing I would change about it. Is the bun. The bun isn’t big enough for the size of the patties and fillings. It also begins to fall apart towards the end of the burger. I ordered fries with it and they were cooked perfectly. Didn’t need to add salt/pepper to either menu items. The pickles used on the burger were a perfect choice!! Garlic pickles maybe?
The restaurant was clean and bathrooms too.
The waitress was phenomenal. I wish we had gotten her name. She helped my husband with the app and we were able to get the cheese sticks free bc of his points. She kept our table clean and drinks filled. She kept a regular but not overbearing check on us. She was very sweet and we will look for her on our next visit.
The only thing we would have liked to be less of. Is the volume of the music that was being played. There weren’t but maybe 10 people there having lunch. So really no need for the volume to be so loud. It was obnoxious at one point. But we were able to have a conversation and still hear our sweet waitress so we didn’t complain. Which neither am I now. It would have just been better to have the music lower with so few people inside at the time.
All in all. We would give it a 10 if we could.
Who knew Bdubs had such an awesome smash burger!! Between my husband being a wing fanatic and myself with the smash burger. You can bet we will be back, often. Thanks Bdubs!!!

I ordered wings this evening at 6:10pm with a pickup time of 6:30pm. My husband went in to get them at 6:35 to give them a few extra minutes to get everything bagged up. He spent from 6:35pm to 7:20pm waiting while watching other people come in and order and get their food way before him. Their excuse was we are doing a promotion for veterans day. My husband is a vet but did not have his ID with him. The girl just made up excuse after excuse of why others were coming in and placing a order and getting their food and leaving. All the while he was still waiting. This is absolutely riduliculous. Why do you even have a option to order ahead if you make someone wait almost a hour past the pick up time? Would have made a difference in speed if he had his ID with him? Worst service we have had in a long time. After all the excuses only then did she even offer to have a manager come up. By then all he wanted was to get our food and go. Again why even offer order ahead if you are not going to make the food and have it ready but others just walking in can order and go within 10 to 15 minutes. Do better…….

Ate there tonight (01/03/2026) and it WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! We’ve eaten here a lot and it’s always great but tonight was a miss. First off our waiter was awful. Not attentive, no greeting and we waited a solid hour on our food. No updates at all on what the hold up was. Forgot the salad all together. I finally asked for a manager when she came over it was lackluster at best. When our food came out, I ordered the ultimate sampler, mozzarella sticks, wings, cheese curds and onion rings, the cheese in the sticks and curds was cold. We will not be back for a hot minute

This location sucks at to go orders. No food modifications, and they still can’t get it right. The chicken they put on the nachos is dry like jerky, and so bland. Bartender’s, apart from Micheal, range from not personable/inattentive to just rude. They limited their NA beer options which sucks. The food has gotten progressively expensive while the portions have gotten smaller and the quality has gotten worse.

We used to love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesdays as a group to take advantage of the BOGO traditional wing deal. The service was always mediocre, but at least the food was decent. Recently, the food has become more expensive, the quality and quantity has gone down, and the service is abysmal. The one highlight the last two trips have been the chicken tender sandwiches which are a deal if you order/split 3 for $13.49. Couple that with ordering kids meals (4 wings and a side) and it is a little more reasonable. We are going back one more time to use up our rewards points and then we will just start making tots and wings at home using their sauces.

Be careful ordering online with delivery service. My order was short extra celery and carrots that I paid for. It gave a small order of onion rings. I ordered a large and no ranch dressing at all.

Somebody should really look into how they run the dining room here. It looked like they only had one server and a bartender, not crazy busy but too much for only 2 people. No busser, no host. Half of the tables dirty. We waited for about 15 minutes before we left because we could see at least 6 other groups that also had not been greeted yet, some arrived before us and some after. No attempts being made to clean tables, either. I would think a manager would be helping out if they are that short staffed? We never saw anyone but the server and bartender. Looked at reviews and it seems this happens a lot.
