Went through the drive through today March 8th around 3:20pm. When my wife asked for one second to figure out what “everyone in the car wanted” (there were only 3 people – My wife, my son, and myself) the drive thru employee stated “you guys can just go ahead and hop out of line and come in, cause it will be quicker for a car full of people”. We were so confused by this we had to confirm that they were even talking to us. Once they confirmed that they were in fact talking to us and reiterated their request, we essentially had to defend ourselves to stay in the drive thru that we waited 10 minutes in by clarifying that when my wife said “everyone in the car” that it was only 3 people. I knew I wanted to make this review before we even got to the window so I told my wife to get their name so we could include that information. It appeared that they had a name tag at the beginning of the interaction at the window but neither of use could read it. Once the employee came back with the final drink, I was going to be sure to read it but the name tag was no longer there… This was an outrageous interaction based on the employees incorrect assumption about how many people were in my car. If I had to guess this would not even be acceptable to tell customers who waited in line, even if their car was full! We only ordered 3 drinks, but even if we ordered 10 there is no limit displayed or advertised for how many people can be in a car or how much they can order in the drive thru, so the arrogant attitude and the audacity to tell us to come in after waiting in line for 10 minutes was shocking and ruined our experience. This will definitely motivate us to support local coffee businesses when in the area in the future.

After ordering my same drink for 15 years from all different stores in all different states, I recently moved and had to switch Starbucks. For the first time, I was told it was “against Starbucks policy” to put iced espresso in a Trenta cup.

Knowing this was an absolute absurd, and blatant lie since I have family that works for the company AND I’ve had zero problems in all the previous years, I simply ignored. Ordering the next day when said Barista was off, wouldn’t you know, my drink was perfectly made and in the proper cup.

Not sure what this particularly rude/power tripped barista’s issue is, but as you can see from the pictures, no one likes watered down espresso from a once hot drink; Hence the larger cup with a little more ice.

This morning my drink was made incorrectly yet again, so after my husband had them follow the instructions on the drink ticket; IE: Trenta and a little more ice… wouldn’t you know, the drink wasn’t watered down and tasted like my usual morning blissful espresso.

*update 9.22 the attitude at this store should be studied. The fatigue is real. I literally have to ask them for a trenta cup every time. You don’t give the option in the app, the cup is what .05 more expensive than the venti…only wasting more product. Just put the drink in a Trenta cup. I ordered my drink at the other location right down the street on Sunday. Mobile order no problems at all. Even put the kids strawberry frap into a Trenta cup which is amazing. See updated photo

The manager or supervisor with glasses is beyond rude and gives nasty attitude when ordering your drink with a Trenta Cup. When you ask them to make it correctly, i.e. this morning you get attitude. * If you made the drink correctly you wouldn’t need to give attitude, nor would you have to waste a second cup.

My wife and I have been ordering the same drink for 15 years at least. 4 shots iced or 4shots long drip. We ask for a trenta cup so we can have the extra ice to help cool down the hot espresso, bc Starbucks likes to put a minimal amount of ice for scalding hot drinks. She deliberately goes out of her way to complain to us and tell us not to expect what we ask for.

My brother-in-law works for Starbucks in Maryland and they said it’s not against company policy. Any other Starbucks I have ordered at online has no problem making the drink. Managers at the New Garden GSO and other Starbucks instructed us to put “trenta cup please” along with your name. Traveling all over the United States. Ordering this drink and no one ever complains or make an issue like she has.

Let’s not mention it takes 20-25 minutes to get through the drive-thru on a Sunday later afternoon.

I personally was the executive chef of catering – Starbucks headquarters in Seattle And know they go above and beyond to make guests happy even if it’s merely a cup.

Normally I don’t like doing stuff like this but. I come to this starbucks throughout the mornings around 6:00am-6:11am no later than that. Ever since the banana bread iced matcha came out that’s what my go to order has been well it’s been 2 times that I’ve order that matcha and have gotten it made wrong very dark green and hardly Any taste of banana bread cold foam I went by March 5th in the morning and whoever make orders in the morning don’t need to be making matcha. Sorry but it’s the truth

Hello, we had an experience at this store this morning that was less than acceptable. My daughter was given sub par customer service, throughout the entire transaction. The Barista was short with her, not welcoming, got her name wrong, and then her order wrong. When she tried to give them her name again, they laughed it off and didn’t change it. She had asked for an iced latte, and ended up with a hot one instead. Not wanting to be a bother, she didn’t ask them to fix it. This is not the first time I’ve had a drink made wrong at this store. A little more care and attention to the customer in your store, as well as attention to detail would prevent these things. Stress is understandable in the morning rush, but it isn’t a reason to let down your customers. If there had been just one thing wrong, I wouldn’t be saying anything right now, but 3 things were wrong.

Ordered at the drive-through a drink that I’ve been getting for years. Simple drink on the menu I sub the milk. After I ordered through the speaker, I had to sit through a lecture from Makayla about how I need to show them my receipt because the new generation of baristas don’t know how to make my drink and are untrained. Very rude very unprofessional. Just be honest that you’re in training and it may not be correct but don’t give me a whole lecture about how I’m ordering wrong and how I shouldn’t order this in the future. I will not be back to this location.

Thanks so much to the Starbucks team at N Main St in High Point. I was taken care of quickly at the register and then there was a worker who even tho he had a headset on making drinks, still took the time to answer questions & get me a water when I asked.

For anyone coming inside, there are two long tables with outlets underneath, 4 chairs on each side. Then 5 lounge chairs and then 3 small tables with 2 chairs each for someone to catch up with a friend. For me, it’s a good place to be focused with headphones and go over plans but it’s a busy store so wouldn’t rec it for someone to study.

Everything was great until we were told to lower our voices — even though we weren’t being loud at all.
A group of ten of us came to have coffee after church, and it seemed like the manager didn’t appreciate that we were speaking Spanish. She even turned the radio volume way up afterward.

Very unprofessional behavior — it’s not like we weren’t paying customers.

I must gonna say I go to a lot of Starbucks and this is my most favorite one. I literally spent the entire day here on my birthday. everyone here is so friendly. The manager is so inviting and really concerned about each person that comes in this establishment . Today was like a breath of fresh air, some amazing coffee along with some company of some wonderful people with great conversation. We even got to be part of a taste, testing with the Christmas coffee and many wonderful treats. Our drinks today were absolute perfection a Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, add one pump of gingerbread and one pump of chai it is candy in a cup and also the peppermint mocha ( not pictured ) along with the food (spinach, feta wrap and double smoked bacon sandwich ,yogurt parfait and tony’s chocolatoney gingerbread flavored . I even got a beautiful brand new cup birthday cup that I haven’t seen anywhere else . Keep doing a great job at this location guys !! Your awesome .Can’t wait to come back.

My first trip to this new location and wow is it nice inside. I used to frequent the location on the corner frequently but I stopped paying $5 a cup for coffee and started grinding and making it at home. This location is really nice inside. Place was packed but service was mostly quick.
