This taco bell is honestly so underrated and deserves more praise, every time I come here the workers are kind, present and so so nice! Even when they dont have what I ordered because I came late at night they have always given me something to compensate. The service is quick, the people are kind and its honestly one of the only taco bells I will go to in this area! Keep up the wonderful job! {And give the night shifters a raise}

Whoever was working the drive-through Sunday, March 8 at 8:55. They are highly rude.
I was waiting with no communication. The person behind me said try to back up and move forward and I said I’ve been here for about five minutes..
Then the lady then comes on the speakerphone and says actually it’s only been two minutes and 54 seconds. There was no line. One car ahead of me. Comment was unneeded I just threw a time to the person behind me. A simple give me one more minute would have sufficed.
I also seen you had about 3 people parked.
Could have acknowledge that it’s been a moment, Or taking the order and parked but you were snarky instead.
This place is notorious for parking people which is just a way around corporate seeing that meals are not being made quickly and efficiently.

Sorry, I just got the 9.99 lux box, my 2 tacos were broken and had maybe a teaspoon of meat, my crunchwrap, had NO crunch and it was wet?? ..the chips were very salty and the drink is 1/2 the size they used to be. THE SERVICE WAS FINE..HOWEVER THE FOOD A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! FYI, ITS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD UNTIL TODAY!

This Taco Bell is ridiculous. They refuse to help their customers when someone needs help. They will not take orders from customers ant the front counter no matter what and then when you call to complain and ask they hang up on you and tell you they did things that they didn’t such as offer to come back and help after they ignored me standing in front of them.
If Taco Bell or the gm of this location could help them be more helpful that would be great!

I got the same order I used to get in high-school 25 years ago. It’s a cheesy potato, and 2 cheesy gordida crunches. The potatoes were HOT, the cheese was melted, the sour cream was generous, and it was all centered perfectly in the cup unscathed. Anywhere I’ve been, they’re always clod, skimpy, smashed, rattled, or leaking.

Bruh!!! I am not a doctor, but whoever put them things together!!! I’m diagnosing them with some serious OCD. THE TACOS LOOKED LIKE THE PICTURE!!!! I’m not kidding, look at my photos. If you took the taco, made it, wrapped it up tight, then put it in the bag, that’s what it would look like. The gentleman taking my order was extremely professional and showed he cared about quality. He handed me my food and said he put extra sauce and napkins in the bag.

On the evening of Dec 23 at 8pm the lobby was closed, doors locked. I went thru the drive thru, I was told they didn’t have mild sauce or ice. I asked if there was ice in the lobby the women’s response was yes but I don’t have time to get you ice… there was only two other cars in the drive thru. I’m a business owner and thought the owner might want to know their lobby and business is locked at 8 pm on a Tuesday.
I usually have a great experience at this location and come often. So a little disappointed by this employees behavior

I’m allergic and said no tomato’s, I don’t usually complain and did my best to lick them out but it was no use I don’t see why I was over loaded with tomatos after specially stating I could not consume them! Wish I could add a photo and when figure out how to I will. now I can’t eat my meal after a long day of work
