Employee who took my order was amazing, the chicken was awful. Legs were small and looked old, tenders was absolutely disgusting they were like crunchie, stretching just gross. Hard to explain. Biscuits and mashed potatoes and coleslaw was good but warm because they put with the hot food. Won’t be eating KFC again so disappointed

Ordered meals online. Went to pick up. Drove 4 and 1/2 mi back to have part of the Mills missing. Called the store and they told us they could not do anything for us that we would have to go online and get a refund and could not tell us how to go about getting that refund. You see these tenders? 8 of them is $19, and they’re the worst tenders I ever had. They also didnt put my fries in the order, which I had to call KFC and be on line with them for 30 minutes to get a $3 refund for them.

Not a food review. However, I called up here about a week ago asking if it was possible for me to buy an empty bucket for a Halloween costume. The employee over the phone told me they could and it would be $1. Well, I go up there just for the lady at the speaker to tell me that they aren’t able to do that and when I told her I called a few days ago and was told I could she said her boss said they couldn’t do that anymore. If the worker would’ve told me that over the phone, I wouldn’t have wasted my time going up there. They need to make sure their policies are enforced across the board and all the employees know the rules. I called another KFC and they said they will do it free of charge.

As a usual KFC customer I was very shocked at the service that we received today. So the location on the street is a little hard to get to. As soon as we walked in we were kicked out at 9:13 and told that they were closed except the drive through was open. So we proceed through the drive through which was a bad decision due to the fact we were waiting in the line for 47 minutes. During that time 5 cars got tired of the wait and just left causing the line to shorten. There were 4 workers in the back and the one that kicked us out was cleaning the lobby area. At one point while waiting in line 1 of the workers walked to McDonald’s next door grabbed food and came back. While we were ordering food the lady was rude and when we came to window another lady was rude as well. So that was the wording part and the food wasnt up to par. The Mac and cheese was amazing like always. The chicken bowl was okay but the burger was burnt and really hard. The 5 dollar fill up the biscuit and cookie on the inside were smashed as well as the forgotten potato wedges were never placed in our bag. Again I’m a usual customer and my needs are usually filled but this time all around the service was awful. Needs worked on badly. We are calling tomorrow the number on the receipt.

If I could give zero stars I would, worst service I have had in a long time, went through drive through, ordered a simple 8 PC original recipe, was told to pull up and wait , I waited and waited, watched 15 cars get through behind me , had to go inside, then waited more , cashier had no idea what was going on, then my wife who was driving a separate vehicle, parked in the lot , and the worker gave the food away to the WRONG vehicle, then after arriving at home they provided extra crispy, my wife just had multiple teeth pulled and now cannot eat , total incompetence, I want my money returned

My wife went to pick up our mobile order and was shorted the 6 tenders, and the bucket was supposed to be legs and thighs and had brest instead of a thigh. Javier answered when she called and said they would put us in a book ? And we will get comped later ??? I’ll update you later
