I recently ate at this fast-food place and had a good experience overall. The food came out quickly, which was great since I didn’t have much time. I ordered Vadapav and Hakka noodles. Vadapav was so good and Hakka noddles were tasty.
The staff was friendly and helpful when I ordered, and the restaurant looked clean and organized. Krupa was the person who served me and she was so sweet and helpful. Prices were affordable, especially for the portion sizes.
Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick and tasty meal. I would definitely come back again.

I ordered uttappam assuming it’s one of those dishes that never disappoints. Turns out, I was wrong, at least here. It was served topping-side down (first time seeing that), with a thin paper between the food and plate that didn’t love hot food as much as I didn’t. The plastic cutlery gave up quickly, and the sambar was quite bland for my taste.
The vadapav was good though; maybe slightly overrated, but still enjoyable.

I bought through Door dash today which moderate expectation, after tasting it, I lost my hope. The vadapav tastes like pan leaves and pizza neither looks like it nor taste like it. The pav paji was almost spoiled and the first bite took the toll on my appetite. I do not recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience. The quality of food has noticeably declined. It took nearly an hour just to receive our pani puri order. The dosa we ordered was soggy and tasted off. Many items listed on the menu were unavailable, and the staff’s attitude was unhelpful and rude. Overall, poor service and poor food quality. I would not recommend this place.

We live 45 minutes away from this location, but our experience has been truly exceptional. We ordered butter cheese Vada pav and Dahi puri, and both dishes were incredibly delicious. The taste, quality, and quantity were all top-notch. We can’t wait to visit again and savor their culinary offerings. The service was also fast and efficient.

I was excited to try this place, but I didn’t find anything special. The idli vada combo was very disappointing the sambar had no taste and the chutneys were terrible. The owner should really taste the food before putting it on the menu or even serving it.
On the other hand, I did like the samosa chaat.

All are good but paneer chilly quantity is too less and we spend $100 today they didnt give us extra green chutney and told its chargable , and to much waiting time between two order , eating vadapav they gave us italiyan pizaa after 25 minute, but we love this food really nice

While the food here is quite good, the service leaves a lot to be desired. During my recent visit, I had a very disappointing experience. The person at the front desk was not welcoming and ignored me while chatting with another family. Despite being in line, I was skipped over multiple times as they took other people’s orders before mine. When they finally did take my order—after I had already waited 40 minutes—I was told I’d need to wait another 45 minutes.
Overall, the service was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. It’s unfortunate because the food doesn’t deserve to be overshadowed by such poor customer service.
After I ordered over the phone….
For the past two times I’ve ordered mild cheese vada pav for my son over the phone, and both times they served spicy instead. Despite confirmation of ‘mild’ during the order, the food wasn’t prepared correctly. I hope they understand the value of customer satisfaction and the importance of getting orders right.
I ordered again today (09/01/2025 at 7:40 PM). First I tried to call, but the line was busy, so I placed a to-go order online through DoorDash. I clearly wrote in the instructions to make the food mild, yet once again they loaded it with extra green and red chili chutney. This is now the third time a bad experience has happened.
It feels like the chef and staff are not paying attention to simple instructions, and it honestly seems intentional at this point. The lack of care has ruined my evening and wasted my money. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I have added photo with proof.

I recently visited Jay Bhavani and had a mixed experience. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was great. However, the service was a bit slow, probably due to the high volume of customers. Despite the delay, the staff was courteous and attentive.
My only disappointment was with the pani puri service. We were expecting unlimited refills, but unfortunately, we were served only once. What’s more, it seemed like some other tables were getting unlimited pani puri, which was a bit frustrating.
Overall, the food quality and variety made up for the service issues. With a bit more attention to consistency in service, Jay Bhavani could easily become a top-rated spot. Hopefully, they’ll work on that.

Went for lunch with a guest. Ordered two different Vada Pav (Ahmedabad and Bombay) and Veg schzewan noodles. Menu on the TV screen was to hard to read (my vision is 20/20). Service was ok, not too great. I heard so much about this place and food but this visit did not leave up to it. Many employees walking in and out of kitchen. When our food arrived, two uncles came from kitchen as well and sat at table behind us. They started talking on video call extremely loudly and didn’t care about privacy of other customers. One time visit is worth it but wouldn’t feel comfortable going again based on this experience
