If you like Wendy’s, skip this one. I now understand why Wendy’s odds closing locations. This location is awful. Service is slow, food is not good. The chance of your order being done right is between slim and none, but gamble on none.

They were apparently understaffed, but in any case, there was only one other couple in the restaurant but we waited at least 15 minutes before they even started making our food. I can understand it may not have been their fault someone didn’t show up but it was still deplorably slow.

Horrible experience. Friday 1/30/26 at 6 pm. Would give 0 stars if possible for service. Was missing an entire kids meal and fries for the biggie bundle. The girl at the counter repeatedly argued with me that I had everything. I showed her that I had two kids meal bags instead of three and then she tells me the biggie bundle doesn’t come with fries even though it is clearly on the big menu and receipt. My husband had to come up and help get the missing food. None of the other employees came over to help her and no manager appeared to be anywhere. I also didn’t receive any apologies once she finally gave us the missing food we had paid for.

It’s so inconsistent. The wait time is insane, but the food’s pretty good. They need to stop selling the cold foam coffees at this location. I’ve ordered it 3 different times and only got it correctly made once. One time the window lady got rude with my bf for ordering it.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews let alone a bad review but I’ve been to this Wendy’s many times and tonight was the worst service! The facility was not busy as I pulled up which was after 8pm but I still had to wait for someone to take my order. I placed an almost $40 order which included 2 baconator meals both of which only had one and a half pieces of bacon! The rest of the food was fine but the girl with the blue/green hair was incredibly rude! Not sure how people like that have a job that involves customer service but I would suggest giving your employees a reality check before you start losing customers!

I rarely leave reviews , but this Wendy’s is consistently a horrible experience. One woman who works there is alway rude for no reason, like unnecessarily rude. The food is always missing something. They throw the fries in the bag so they spill everywhere, and don’t really fill them up much to begin with. There’s one guy who works that’s the exception and is always friendly.

Stopped in at Wendy’s on Toronto after they reopened. Got me a Biggee bag. Wait time was about 6-7 minutes. Came in just before noon when they were starting to get busy. Food was good, order was accurate. Service was good. It was a clean restaurant.

Had a breakfast combo today 10/4/2025. The coffee was like mud. So black and strong. This store is always out of something I order. Today it was out of creamer. I had to throw the coffee down the drain, too black and bitter strong. They must be out of napkins because there were none in the bag.
I know now why McDonald’s across the road had a long line for orders.

First ever review, but if there is a time to make one, then this is it. Been going here a while, because i like the food, but this last incident was the last straw. They’ve always had rude employees and somehow always get the orders wrong. Last time I went there, the lady at the window didn’t give me my card back. Didn’t realize until about 5 hours later when I opened my wallet to buy something at the store. I called several times asking about it only to be hung up on. Just kept saying “it’s not in my office or safe” and then hang up. LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED LADY! Didn’t ask me any questions about what happened or who was working the window. I’m done going to a place that does not care about anything, let alone their customers. I turned my card off and got a new one ordered. None of these people at this location deserve a job.
