Small quiet restaurant. Service was friendly and food was served hot. Lunch menu was available on Saturday, which is always a bonus. Drinks weren’t refilled, but chips were so you had a bowl of warm chips before your food arrived. My teen didn’t care for the nachos, she said the chips were soggy. But she said it was okay. Over all it was a good spot for a quick lunch while we were visiting the area.

We have so enjoyed eating here for a long time. The owner used to be there and interacting with the costumers, the staff was good, no caios, and the food was very enjoyable. We went last evening and we were so disappointed, The food lacked flavor, the rice was dry , no flavor, the chips and salsa were not at all as they were and all different staff except one. The atmosphere was different and not as pleasant . Our waiter was friendly but you could tell he was new to the job and still adapting. We may try one more time . There has been a big change , it is sad.

I had the fried chicken tacos. I didn’t much care for the flavor of the shell or the chicken. It wasn’t bad. Just didn’t have much flavor. I had an extra spicy salsa brought to the table, so I dumped that on the taco meat and ate it that way. The beans and rice were okay. Check was $16 and some change but I never received the change back from a $20. I was going to have her keep it but I never told her that.
It’s cute little place but they should really put some glass on the North side instead of cardboard in the fake windows. Not a big deal but interesting
The service wasn’t bad except she kept the tip without me letting her have it.
I don’t know that I would go back but it’s okay.

The food here is very good. Service is fast and the Servers are friendly. I am a little disappointed in the Chips and Salsa. The chips taste like they came out of a bag and the Salsa from a can.

if I could give a negative review I would. I ordered online, picked up in restaurant. When I picked up I read off the instructions to the Employee. I ordered 3 Tampico trios. I said All chicken, no beans, and cheese dip on top (I was charged $1.25 x 3) no white cheese dip on top. They were all different. Chicken, spinach, and beef.
I called and they did not understand me and kept asking me what I would like to order. I advised them they messed up my order I just picked up. I had to hang up the phone. They obviously cannot speak English and have no care if they give you the wrong food. I have no issues with the Gardner Location( they are amazing)
This location needs to be improved, and Management needs to take over or you will be out of business soon. This is so sad.
