I eat at this Burger King regularly. The staff is friendly and the food is decent. My problem is with the app. If the corporation is going to implement a rewards program and get everyone to sign up for it they should make sure it works with the Point of Sale system and also educate their employees on it.

So I came in today and ordered and my food came out extremely fast I could tell the two girls in the kitchen were really working hard. The food was hot and tasty. I was happy bc I was in a rush to get lunch and I made good timing on my lunch break. Gave me better faith in fast food today.

The food was good. I had the monster menu. The hamburger, nuggets and mozzarella fries were very good. The sundae did not taste like salted caramel. I was disappointed in the service. I went to drive thru. I told the lady that I wanted the monster menu for $17.29. She was rude and said that there was no such thing. I told her that the board said monster menu get all four for 17.29. She said that she did not know what I was talking about and started asking for a coupon or a code. I finally had to order each item for which it totaled the 17.29 plus the tax. Honestly, I thought the manager would have trained the cashiers better than that.

The shift leader Leah is AMAZING. She’s always here on late nights and taking care of everything while still making sure her drive thru times are good. Their online orders have been down for two days now and she is still making sure those customers get their food as well as all the drive thru customers with only one other employee. Give her a raise!!!!

Leah in the drive thru is the sweetest and so polite.. she always as such a great attitude. She gets your order right and out to you fast. Even if your having a bad day leahs positive attitude and love for her job will always put a smile on your face..

The service here is terrible. Food is almost always wrong and good luck trying to get your money back or food replaced. Always check before you leave. Forget ordering through the app too, it’ll be wrong every time.
