I don’t know what’s going on at this location but we’re done giving our hard earned money to this place. The last several orders have been wrong in some way and tonight was just awful.
The employees don’t even know the menu. I love the asiago bacon ranch sandwich and always get it with the spicy chicken. They had no idea what that was and insisted it was another sandwich that we were talking about. I have gotten this sandwich for YEARS and suddenly I don’t know what it is?
They were told no lettuce on the sandwiches. Both sandwiches had lettuce. The fries for the kids meal was completely missing and there were only 3 nuggets in the bag instead of 4 as well as not having the toy our daughter wanted, which was the entire reason we chose Wendy’s instead of another place.
Parked the car and went inside to get everything fixed. They offered a small frosty. We don’t want a frosty. We want the order to be correct. They didn’t offer to fix the sandwiches. Couldn’t be inconvenienced to do their job I suppose. It’s one thing to get the order wrong, but then to be rude on top of that? Nope. Not going to deal with poor customer service.
Once we got home and pulled the lettuce off (thank God we’re not allergic to it) the sandwiches look like someone sat on them. They said they were made “fresh.” Lol, yeah sure. What a joke this place has become.
Done. My money will go anywhere else but here. Everything is getting too expensive and I’m damn sure not paying for trash service for subpar food.

Got my spouse a taco salad for the trek home…. tomatoes or questionable quality and the corn is black. Like yellow corn with black spots. Also they forgot the chili. Someone can reach out to me.

Got doordash and my regular nuggets were spicy and my drink was also wrong. I work in the food service industry and we do DoorDash it clearly states what it was and yall choose to not read. You need to either close or get new management because your product has gone down the toilet and so has your staff

They were super busy and short staffed when I stopped for lunch about 1230 Thursday.
Even so, Lisa still provided quick ( relatively ) and friendly service.
All the food was fresh and well made.
Try the Smoky Mushroom Cheeseburger if you want something new and tasty.
I personally recommend the Power Mediterranean Salad and you can’t seem to go wrong with their chili.
Do yourself a favor; skip the sugary soybean dressing, and just combine the two like I did. Yummy and healthy ( for fast food anyway.)

Good was good, nothing outstanding, typical Wendy’s. Drive thru was fairly slow, about 10 minutes for a small order for two. One car ahead of us. The staff was friendly, not overly, but greeted and smiled. I didn’t go into the building but I have atmosphere 5 stars because of friendly staff. The building is clean looking from the outside.

I ordered the special Pretzel bun baconator. And somehow they forgot to put bacon on my burger, even though bacon is in the name. My order was $15 and some change and they forgot the main ingredient, very upsetting. At least the fries were delicious but still I don’t think I’ll be visiting this Wendy‘s location for a while because the staff was also kind of rude, which makes me not want to go back to have them fix my order because I would prefer not to interact with them again.

You know when you drive 8 hours with a ton of traffic and you just need something you can count on? We count on this Wendy’s. The chili was just yummy and so was the Dave’s single with all the fixings. The associate at the window gave us extra crackers and hot sauce when we asked. Our order was 100% correct. Thank you Wendy’s!!!

When walking into the building it was very hot. Come to find out it was 77° in the lobby of the building. The ac system was on heat and not auto I actually changed this to auto do to the multiple complaints buy fellow customers. Then myself and my mother waited at the counter for ten minutes waiting for service. The first employee that approached the counter disregarded us and put an order in for herself. Then abides mins later we finally got service to receive our order. All my mother wanted was a cheese burger with chili this was obviously too hard to comprehend as she got a cheeseburger with chili on the side. Which took about myself telling three people exactly what she wanted for this to even come out of the kitchen. Then I stood there for another 15 minutes waiting on my order, which was a double bacon Nader, a makeing Burger, and three large fries and a medium fry, and a medium fry never received. Also, it took about 10 minutes. Once all of our orders were finally in to get our drinks due to the fact that they were out of Coca-Cola in the lobby were customers to get a drink and the cups sit on the counter in plain view of the employees for a good 5 to 10 minutes before the girl at the counter said, oh, I forgot your drinks, and finally made myself and my children drinks. At this time I have been in the restaurant for 30 minutes and has yet to see them make any fries which the employees try to give me and my children the fries that have been sitting there for more than 30 minutes with our meal. I refuse them at which time they just took the old fries and poured them in to the basin and mix them with the new ones, and then re-served to our customers. I have never ever had such poor service at any fast food restaurant, and will never ever return to this location again, and I will warn every person I see about this place. And finally myself, my mother or my son, none of us finished our food because the food was disgusting.

Always mess up your order, they can’t tell the difference of what nuggets they are cooking. Mushy undercooked fries. The manager needs to do their job and train their employees or at least be present and conduct quality control. Cost way more than ithe food is worth.
