The cashier that night was amazing. We had a really large and complicated order, but she handled it like a pro 10/10. I’ve always loved Wendy’s as it’s one of the only places that has a triple burger on the menu. Because if I’m going to do a burger I’m going to do it right. Protip if you get it to go, order a side of chili, dump the fries on a plate when you get home dump the chili and some cheese on the fries, give 10 seconds in the microwave and you got some chili cheese fries. Food was excellent, service was great, they knocked it out of the park this time.

Stopped by Wendy’s in Palmdale for a late-night drive-thru. Service was quick and friendly, and my food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected. Could use a bit more lighting in the drive-thru, but overall a solid late-night option

Wendy’s, Oh Wendy. I love Wendy’s but this Wendy is outdated which is kind of cool brought me back in time it has the old school Casino carpet people workers are friendly. Talk about the food now I love getting a baked potato butter it up add sour cream and add the Chili to the baked potato. The Chili I get it with onions and cheese I add crushed crackers sometimes French fries depends how fatty I feel and add two packets of hot sauce mix it, then I’ll add it to the baked potato delicious let me repeat that DELICIOUS! Now the Salads are good at Wendy’s hands down fresh and great Varieties I order the Chicken Avocado yum!

Younger lady in drive thru almost threw the bag at me no hi hello anything. Then when I asked for ranch she gave it with an attitude. Older Mexican lady was just standing over her not doing anything just watching the drive thru worker every move. Seemed like the manager maybe? Maybe this is why they always seemed stressed and frustrated, having people stand over me watching me will make me frustrated too but … yeaaa .. learn how to greet your customers with a smile. Big part in having them return. I won’t be coming back that’s for sure because of the vibe. No diversity of workers here either. Felt uncomfortable . I’ll just go to sonics up the street

This particular location has always been my favorite Wendy’s in the 661 area…….I always have been confident about the drive thru service; lines are almost always long, certainty worth the wait. But tonight, unfortunately, I’m disappointed . I got to the menu, ordered my reg items and one of my selections was the BACON Cheese baked potato. I got home & checked my potato to see nothing but CHEESE no BACON!!!???? HOME OF THE BACONATOR ???

Be aware of this location, i hope management will do something. There is a female worker that always has a bad attitude, will dismiss customers and or say she is way to busy. Will purposely mess up door dash and Uber orders.

I love the Wendy’s New Mushroom Burger. But the last couple of times I ordered it from the West Palmdale Wendy’s (on Lowe’s Drive), they got the orders wrong. Today I ordered via their App (Drive Thur) a Double Mushroom Burger, and I got a Single Mushroom Burger (when I got home). Last week, I ordered the same Double Mushroom Burger (via their App & drive thru) and it had No Grilled Mushrooms on it. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering a Mushroom Burger
Their shift manager(s) need to start training their employees better (ones that are actually cooking the food). Or at least monitor the On-Line orders better. When I tried to call and speak to one of their managers about the mistakes, their listed phone number on Google was Disconnected. Which tells me they need a management change, because the current manager seems to have No Idea of what’s actually going on in his or her restaurant
