The food was delicious though the service was closer to fast casual dining rather than a restaurant. I enjoyed taking my wife there on a date and she really enjoyed the sushi. It was a great opportunity for us to try a new place and the Chicken Katsu was really delicious. Overall, a great night.

this was my first time coming to this place and probably the last. One of the waiters came up to me as soon as i put my appetizer in my mouth, causing me to point to what i wanted on the menu. Which was the spicy black pork… he gives me this fish ramen. I ask him what it was and explained i had actually pointed to the black garlic, and ended up telling him it was okay because he kept kinda just staring. NOPE IT WAS NOT OKAY. i love seafood, and i grew up by the ocean never have i ever been served any kind of seafood with freaking barnacles on it, and the shell is absolutely filthy just sitting in my broth like that. Also corn in a seafood ramen? just not my thing. but the barnacles in my soup is the reason for this whole review. They asked if i didn’t like it when i was paying i told the woman i didn’t order this ramen and was given the wrong one. Literally nobody offered to give me my correct soup or even comp it. So two people were aware it wasn’t what i ordered, and nothing happened. i’m $22 short and still hungry.

DELICIOUS! We really enjoyed Tamashi! The service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing and clean. The food came to us right from the kitchen and it smelled so good! We really enjoyed our Katsu chicken plate and our sushi! Update their ramen is also delicious! T

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!
My friends and I went to eat at this restaurant today, and what was supposed to be a nice lunch turned into a nightmare of terrible customer service and blatant disrespect. From the very moment we walked in, the atmosphere was hostile. The waitress who attended us showed her bad attitude immediately by slamming the menus onto our table with total contempt. As frequent customers who have visited for months, we know the food well, so one of my friends ordered her usual dish. However, this time the food left an spicy sensation in her mouth, which has never happened before in all the times she has ordered it. When we politely explained the situation to the waitress, instead of helping us, she chose to insult our intelligence. She actually tried to tell us that we shouldn’t think it was spicy because the dish didn’t have those ingredients, going as far as to claim that “the tongue can just produce that spicy sensation on its own.” Even though all three of us tasted it and confirmed the strange spicy feeling, she refused to listen and instead went to whisper with another waitress who was just as rude. They both went into the kitchen, and all we could hear for the rest of our stay was the staff and the chef shouting at each other. The most upsetting part, however, was realizing the differential treatment. We watched as other customers who were not Latino arrived, and they were treated with smiles and genuine kindness, with menus handed to them properly rather than thrown. Being ignored and mistreated while watching others receive excellent service made it clear that we were not welcome. We were loyal customers, but after being gaslighted with absurd biological theories and treated with such disdain, we will never step foot in that establishment again.

Rice in the sushi was not good. Did not enjoy that. I asked for more ginger and they wanted to charge me more. Never seen a sushi place charge for more ginger. Don’t charge people for more ginger. Your opportunity cost is better if you let people have more ginger. They will enjoy it more.

I have tried a lot of ramen in the area and I always come back to this place! By far the best ramen around! The broth has great flavor, they don’t nickel and dime you for every little topping, the pork is thick and tender, noodles are always perfectly cooked. This place is one of the few restaurants I will actually go to anymore because I don’t feel like they have cut corners to save on costs like everybody else lately.

The California roll my son had didn’t have any flavor- he said it tasted like air. My husband tried it and confirmed. My daughter liked her kids meal ramen, husband liked his fried ramen but my curry chicken entree was not good. The broccoli was the only good thing about that meal. The chicken was very fatty and rubbery and the curry was a plain sauce without any veggies, it was the color and consistency of baby food, and the flavor wasn’t much better. For $68 we expected more. My husband and i’s meals were served with plastic forks. We won’t be back.

My family and I just dined here. Everything went well until my son’s bowl just split. Cracked from the top all the way to the bottom of the bowl! (No pressure or damage from him and so I’m guessing just from duress from long time use.) He had eaten half of his ramen but now the broth is just spilling out into the table and booth. The waitress came up immediately to clean it up, removed his bowl, tossed what he had into a different bowl, gave him some more noodles and meat and served it back to him. No apology.
Nothing was removed/compensated when I paid the bill.
I’m still not sure how I feel about this situation but I was not pleased.
