While in Flagstaff, I had to stop and renew my faith in fast food. As Jack in the box did NOT know how to follow simple directions.
BUT… WENDY’S TO THE RESCUE!
People there were extremely nice. ☺️
So pleasant and uplifting.
I ordered a triple stack w/cheese. Asked for no BUN, extra lettuce,pickles and onions. When it was ready I noticed that my order was put nicely into a container and had No Bun!!! as requested. Easy.
But…Nothing like the Flagstaff Jack in the Box. They gave me everything I DIDN’T WANT! stay far away!
Wendy’s service and food quality are the best around for a fair price

I’ve come here for breakfast several times and must say I’ve been Very pleased Every time.
Egg cheese biscuit was excellent every time. Egg, cheese on muffin was very good.
The potatoes also very good.

Very disappointed this morning, as we usually go to this spot literally twice to three times a week to get my toddler his favorite biscuit cheese and egg. The egg was green and didnt look right at all, I called to express my concern to the lady to let her kno as I didn’t want anyone else getting sick from it, but sadly there was no concern on her side I kept getting told its because of the heater they leave it on and no it’s a good egg she kept repeating. Word of advice when a customer is expressing concern about nasty old food you should be concerned as well I will not be coming here anymore it was apart of my weekly routine to come here but after this no more, no concern that they gave my toddler a nasty egg very disappointed.

I ordered on doordash and was missing 2 items, I called and they told me I was lying and that they remember my order and it was bagged properly which it obviously wasn’t. I was being very kind and understanding as I too work in fast food and know these things happen. I’m not even mad about the food missing, but the guy that I spoke to was very rude and being called a liar did not help. Terrible service, I just wanted my items.

I still have not been back since you made the switch to shredded lettuce. And i wont be. You ruined a good product. This was the only place i would get a spicy chicken sandwich from and one of 3 places id get a burger from. Man, choices are slim now.

Late last night I decided I was finally going to satisfy my craving, and get a Burger. So, I stopped by Wendy’s and saw they had a new Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger. I was thinking that this would become my new favorite, as they discontinued my previous favorite, (the Bourbon Burger). And for the fact that Nachos and Burgers are two of my favorite foods.
Sadly, for the second time in a row, I was highly dissatisfied. For once again, they gave me a Burger that was made without a care in the world.
Last time I was in there, I ordered a Dave’s Triple, and it was the same scenario.
Not only was I craving a Burger, I wanted to give this location a second chance. Big Fail!
As someone who doesn’t have the option to eat that much (because of bills), eating out is a special treat for me, (well it should be at least). Usually my meals consist of Top Ramen and Rice (not mixed).
Saying all this, I am someone who doesn’t normally eat a lot of fast food. However, Wendy’s is my favorite. As for this location though, it is one that I can honestly say that I will never return to.
I don’t have high standards for food, and am not picky at all. But when it comes down to getting food that looks like it was taken out of the trash, it is a different story.
So much for serving quality food, as said in the statement.
P. S. I wrote a longer review due to the fact that this is a new burger. BTW, went through Drive-thru, and ordered the Triple. Merchant was not busy, which is no surprise saying the food quality is horrendous.
Too add there was no crispy corn, and very few strips (not shown). There was also none of the sauce that is supposed to be on it. There is a sliced tomato, but it is hiding behind the lettuce.

The restaurant and bathroom were immaculate. The chicken nuggets are still tasty. And the soda is carbonated to perfection.

I always go through the drive thru and ask for no mustard but 9/10 times the sandwich still has mustard. Check your order before leaving the drive thru.

Wow, fast food has certainly gotten bad. I ordered a single cheese. It came out quickly but man, the bun was a tad on the stale side and the meat tasted precooked and like it had been sitting for a spell. At $7, (yes, you read that right), no wonder people are beginning to avoid fast food places. Service was good and I tipped the counter person.

I haven’t had Wendy’s in a long while. This location is great and the staff are very friendly. There are plenty of seatings and free WiFi. This location is attached to a gas station and it was very convenient to when traveling through.
