We came back to this location. Fish and chicken broths were both very tasty. More pix posted. I just wished there would be more protein 🙂 4* in my books now.

First time to this restaurant and I like the atmosphere here, decorations are much nicer than many other Vietnamese out there. Service is okay but there could be more smiles. The food leans toward Northern cuisine. Meat portions could be more generous at this price point vs top Vietnamese restaurants in town. The authentic taste is definitely there so I’d recommend to try when you’re in the area.
The Highlight: Complimentary Pandan Tea
Before the food even arrived, we were served their free Pandan tea. It’s such a refreshing, aromatic touch that you don’t find everywhere. It’s lightly sweet and fragrant—the perfect palate cleanser to start the meal.
What We Ordered
Spring Rolls: These were golden, shatteringly crisp, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients.
Hai Phong Style Vermicelli Noodles with Fish (Bún Cá Hải Phòng): This dish is a must-try! It’s a beautiful representation of Northern Vietnamese cuisine. The broth was delicate and savory, and the fried fish pieces stayed perfectly crispy. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for something lighter than a traditional beef pho.
Final Thoughts
Between the unique menu items and the delicious free tea, this place offers incredible value. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. If you’re looking for authentic pho with high-quality ingredients, this is definitely the place to go. Easily a 5-star experience!
But more about the food, the grilled chicken and pork chops were great: the grilled taste was definitely there. The pho though was not that good; okay, not great the soup was good but the meat not so much. For all this the price was a bit too expensive and I would expect more from this extravagant restaurant.
As for the food I ordered the large special Pho, which came out at a whopping $23. Honestly, the entire menu was noticeably more expensive than pretty much every other Vietnamese restaurant in town; unfortunately it could not live up to the hype. While the beef was higher quality than usual and the broth flavorful (you can taste the bone which is rare these days), the bowl was like 85% rice noodles – there was barely any actual meat in it. The food taste-quantity-price ratio just ain’t there.
I don’t think I’ll become a regular, but I might come back since it does make for a good date spot or fancy night out.
Just the right variety on the menu to satiate your craving. We got the spring rolls. They are huge and filling(should have orders small that is 2 pcs rather than large which is 4). He got the grilled chicken and broken rice plate and I got the Beef and meatball pho(small). I do not lie when I say that when I sipped the soup, it immediately took me back to our time in Vietnam. I have had terrible pho from the mall food courts here and I was on a hunt for great and authentic tasting Pho and I found it ! The herbs were fresh, the meat delicious and with the added condiment variety you get on the table, it was a scrumptious bowl of hot pho. My son loved his meal which was served with a side of clear sauce which I think might have had some fish sauce in it and was delectable (common in vietnamese restaurants).
To drink I got the Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk, it was yummy but too bitter for my liking. He got the coconut milkshake, which is frozen slushie basically. It was super tasty, but I would not have ordered it for him had I known it was frozen. He drank it after it melted and was still tasty.
The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. The place was pretty full ( we did go there at peak lunch time ).
Because it is in a plaza opposite costco and walmart, the area is quite busy with cars on a weekend.
They also dont take CC, only cash or debit. Luckily, I had cash and paid but I was not pleased about it.
Overall, I will go again and take my husband who is a vegetraian so he can try the vegetarian options they have available only at this outlet.
The staffs didn’t feel like serving us, or it’s always been like that? I am not sure.
As for the foods, very generous portions. The broth of Bun Bo Hue and Pho was a little sweet for my taste. We also had spring rolls as well, and it was very sweet. Overall, it’s a very good place to have friends gathering.
✅ Plus! Now they also offer a menu for vegetarians
The restaurant has plenty of seating with elegant, stylish décor, making it a great place for family or friend gatherings
The staff is polite and provides quick service.
The prices are on the expensive side, but they match the quality, so it feels reasonable.
