I have been to quite a few BK throughout the years and this exceeded my expectations. The place was very clean and organised. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have good hot food and the A/C worked pretty good. The outside is nice and clean and had nice landscaping. There is a modern coke machine and this was a nice surprise and will go back when I’m back on the are.

I usually go through the drive through. This location, everyone has always been so friendly and kind. Food was fresh, hot and exactly as ordered. Drive through was quick, only ever had to wait a few mins for my larger food order every time. Not one food item was forgotten. Even if there was an issue, everyone makes mistakes and deserves another chance. They don’t deserve 1 star reviews judging by the service and food I have had. People just need to chill out. Not to many Burger King locations around anymore in our area. Hope this one keeps up the good work. Thanks!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with this Burger King location (423 Barton Blvd, Rockledge).
We placed a $50 delivery order through the Burger King app. The driver never used our building call box, never called, never texted, and never rang the doorbell. The app continued to show that the food was still being prepared and delivered — even at 7:50 PM. See attached.
We later checked our Ring camera and discovered the food had been dropped in the middle of our condo hallway around 7:10 PM with zero notification. It sat there unattended for approximately 45 minutes. Obviously, we could not eat it at that point.
We called the restaurant multiple times from two different phones. No answer.
Customer service has now refused to issue a refund, claiming the store is independently owned and they cannot intervene. So the result is: $50 charged, no usable food received, no accountability.
If this is how deliveries are handled — no notification, no protocol, and no refund when things go wrong — I would strongly recommend ordering elsewhere.

Not sure how this place always miss the instructions even if they are printed everywhere. I ordered a plain sandwich and got a sandwich with mayo (that I cant eat) and lettuce (that I didnt order). They even print the receipt with the correct info yet they prepared it wrong. This has happened more than once already.

Great tasting Whopper sandwich. Friendly prompt service. The only comment I have was that the dining room booths were all a little dirty. It was however lunchtime on a weekday so that can be overlooked. I did decide to have lunch here two days back to back because I enjoyed it.

Food was good! Took a while to get my order taken but when she did she was very nice. The place seemed to be out of alot. No ice cream, and sold out on a few things. They were also out of medium cups. They gave me a large so not worried. The place just needed to be cleaned. The staff was there, all working. Just not enough people to have to maintain cleaning. There was a leak from the ceiling with a bucket and they had a broken monitor. They need another person just to clean everything.

I ordered through door dash. The dasher was fine and it was delivered in a timely manner. However the fries were missing from my order. I tried to call Burger King right away. I called four times and nobody answered. How can you have a restaurant of any kind and not answer the phone!!! Due to this I rated a one star.

When someone tells you no cheese for a particular reason. This does not mean make the sandwich with cheese first and then remove it and keep the same thing you took the cheese off of after you realized it doesn’t go on there. People with dairy allergies specifically order to meet the requirements of what they can eat. But leaving the bun with melted cheese on it, is a huge no no. People really don’t take these things seriously and sadly the businesses wallet will suffer during a legal issue. Pay attention to what you are doing and put some effort in the wellness of your customers who order things specifically to have it our way ♂️. Do better
