Placed order tates q plain burger with Chilli and cheese. Burger was ice cold. Tates was reheated. I asked for refund and was told 3 to 5 days for a refund. But it only took a second to take my money. I will never return to this establishment.i rather stuck up dirt.

The new smash burger could have been a good burger, but they smashed it too long, and it was super charred and crispy. Also the tots were over fried and hard. And the sprite was so full of ice, that i only got about 3 swallows. I was there at 11:00am so I expected super fresh, well cooked food. And was just disappointed. I hadn’t been here in a while and was excited to try the new burger. But i will not be back.

I’m there often for ice. I love taking advantage of the happy hour for drinks. The service is usually friendly and quite respectful. I’m always looking for their next new thing, the next combination I will drink, overall I feel that they are a good quality fast food location. Love their deals and using the app whenever I can.

Was very disappointed. The limeade I ordered was a strawberry limeade. It tasted like water with a dried up lime added.
We had already left Sonic when I tasted it and was disgusted with it. My husband tasted it also, and he said it was nasty tasting.
I threw it away. Waste of $2.40.
The whole interaction with the ordering was flawed from the beginning. We ordered 2 drinks, and the person kept putting in the wrong items it took us 3 trys to order a small strawberry limeade and med strawberry shake.
I hope they get better training and learn to listen better.

The prep work for a simple hot dog and not to mention paying attention to what the customer actually asked for…key factors. Order 3 coney cheese dogs what actually was delivered was three foot longs all like the attached picture. Keep in mind I didn’t order extra slaw..dont see how they had left any for anyone else
