Worst chipolte I have ever been to. Every table was dirty from previous diners. The cashier had no personality and I had to remind her to give me my drink cup. The restaurant had no hot sauce at all. I even asked. The soda fountain was a pile of ice because everyone kept getting ice, trying to get soda, but then realized there was no syrup in the soda so they dumped it out. I let the cashier know that there was no syrup in the Mr. pibb, Rootbeer and Coke Zero. She said ok, stood there and never told anyone they it was out.There was trash all over the floor, and hardly any napkins in the dispensers. When I sat the eat my food, the carne asada was way over cooked, the rice was still partially hard as in undercooked, the burrito wrap was cold, the guac was two different colors like when it starts getting old, and the chips were burnt, basically dark brown. The trash cans were pulled out and over flowing. Unbelievable how bad this chipolte was. The manager on staff should be ashamed. The cashier literally stodd in the same spot the whole time. Even when she wasn’t ringing anyone up.

I’m from out of state. I love Chipotle But this was the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I go in on a Friday and they’re missing food options well before they close So I decided to walk Out. I go in Saturday a day later and they’re still missing food options so what do I do again I walk out and go with something else. It’s Sunday I go in at 6 o’clock in the evening. I waited in line for about 15 minutes When I finally get up to order my food, they are again missing plenty of food options they don’t have guacamole. They don’t have chips and after I order a drink, they don’t even have ice. The guy that was making my bowl didn’t care to say a single thing to me And the girl who rang me up, shoved my food across the counter, as if it was some major issue for her. This is completely unacceptable. The service is one thing but not having food options let alone ice is ridiculous. Three days in a row. If you’re reading this just now, I never leave reviews and I would not come to the Chipotle if I were you go to Cane‘s or Chick-fil-A right around the corner

Disgusting is an understatement. Went here for my birthday and needless to say i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were understaffed but that was not the case. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY. No napkins, no teas, drink station was a mess their line area disgusting , when i ordered told me they were out of a few things but then brought it out while i was still ordering like why would you say your out?!? growing up and working in a restaurant from age 15 to now 28 years old never have i ever seen a restaurant look that bad. Not to mention their employees had zero personality. And i will attach a picture of all the employees just standing there talking instead of resetting their line and cleaning.

I was reluctant to visit this restaurant based on low ratings however I was pleasantly surprised.
The service was prompt. The staff were very friendly and kind. The area was pretty clean. The food was delicious. Overall five stars experience.
There is parking available in front of this restaurant.

Do not eat at this restaurant I walked in the restaurant and immediately saw cockroaches coming in and out of the food. The health inspector needs to come in and shut this place down. It’s disgusting. Do not eat here they had roaches crawling all over the food station where you prepare all the steak for the customers to see Stay away from this place please

I did an online order and they messed up my order. Did not give me half of what I ordered(food wise on my burrito bowl). I reported it and instead of giving me a discount for my next meal or a free meal, their coordinator Joven, sent me an email for a free drink that does not cover the price nor my satisfaction.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I have repeatedly experienced at your Chipotle location on International Speedway Boulevard. Today marked my second encounter with the same team members, and unfortunately, the experience reaffirmed why I had intentionally avoided this location for several months.
As a healthcare professional who serves the community daily as a pharmacy technician, I understand the pressures of customer-facing work. However, professionalism, fairness, and basic courtesy should never be optional. During my visit, the service I received was rushed, dismissive, and lacking patience. There was no greeting, no attempt at engagement, and no effort to provide a welcoming experience.
What is most concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. Approximately six months ago, I experienced similar treatment from the same individuals. During that visit, a customer behind me received noticeably attentive and pleasant service, while mine was visibly substandard. Today, that pattern repeated itself. I was required to repeat myself multiple times, and I was met with visible attitude throughout the interaction. It felt less like poor service and more like collective disregard, particularly as I stood alone being served by four employees who displayed the same unprofessional demeanor.
Despite the experience, I still chose to leave a tip—not because the service warranted it, but because I believe in demonstrating character even when it is not reciprocated. That decision was intentional and reflective of my values, not the service provided.
Customer service should be consistent and impartial. No customer should feel singled out, rushed, or treated as an inconvenience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to retrain staff and reinforce expectations around professionalism, respect, and equitable service.
I would appreciate assurance that this matter will be addressed so that future customers do not encounter the same experience.
