Will most likely not be back to this location after several times coming here and being disappointed in the food and service.
And then the icing on the cake is when I pull up at 12:45, and I’m sitting for a minute or two waiting on my order to be taken. And while I’m waiting the lights in the signs get cut off, so I pull up to the window and there’s a napkin holder blocking the window so you can’t see in and not an employee to be found. Absolutely ridiculous unprofessionalism, and not even the decency to get on the mic and tell me you’re closed.

For this places main thing being trays and the variety of milkshakes they offer, they sure love to shut the milkshake machines down early.
Im currently sitting in the drive thru writing this review. At 1:08am on a night they close at 3am, they’ve already shut their machines down and can’t make anymore shakes. That’s absolutely ridiculous, and it’s not the first time it’s happened and I know it won’t be the last either.
They love to constantly do this and it’s very frustrating as someone who goes there for the milkshakes.

For the price, the food is pretty good. Sometimes the chicken sandwich is dry, but it is what it is. The service is usually pretty good (especially when the manager is working-he’s a good guy).

Their prices are better than other fast food place in the area. We have never had to wait more than 5 mins in the drive thru and the people are always super nice!

Excellent food for the price, staff are almost always very short with you at this location, especially when using the drive-thru which isn’t great, but personally I care far more about accuracy and speed of service than people being polite, and they do a good job there.

We try to pick-up there 1-2 times a week, It was great the first time a year ago. Since then there has always been something off, like onions when asked for no onions, or no fries (bacon wrap instead), or enough sauce for 12 sandwiches on 1 sandwich. We are 3 seniors who enjoy a little cookout once in a while. But really, this time, the order was 3 Double cheese with no onions, fries, and Bacon Wrap. We got no fries, not a single one in 3 trays of food. That’s it, Done with Cookout.

Scrumptious. The burger was a bit sloppy- but I love sloppy burgers so it’s not a problem. The onion rings go great with the chili. The prices are very good, and the the portion sizes are perfect. I’m stuffed and half the chili and burger is going in the fridge for later. Great place!

People shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to have you make things right. Nice of yall to care enough to force someone to call some hotline probably be on hold for hours so that yall can do what you should do in the first place.
