Destinie was absolutely a phenomenal amazing waitress for my son’s 7th birthday celebration today!!!! She really made the party such an awesome time. To be able to relax and the waitress caters to the party for you was an awesome experience. She was not only sweet, kind hearted, and awesome, she really made the party live and fun for everybody! She handled my part of 30+ ppl by herself. She’s definitely amazing! I pray she continues to be exceptional at her line of work. She completely made my son’s day! Thank you so much to Juanita the supervisor was well for the amazing way she makes sure everything is ran smoothly with the phenomenal person she is herself! I loved every single moment of today!

My first time ever being here. Our server was great! Didn’t care for the chicken we got, but the mozzarella sticks and little slide burgers were amazing. We also had the queso dip and chips and that was amazing too. But the topper was that Molten Chocolate Cake! Definitely will be going back!

Doesn’t serve coffee period. How does a restaurant not serve coffee? Well that’s one way to run yourself out of business. Coffee is essential for any decent restaurant. I’ve had much better quesadillas made at home. $16 dollars for a quesadilla that tasted like it was picked off the floor. I’m not sure how this franchise stays open and I’m sure it won’t be long. The atmosphere fits the name because it was so chilly I had to leave my coat on over my sweater. Will never return. Absolute garbage.

Went for lunch today. Everyone from the Hostess, to the Server, Cooks, and the Runnner were quick, friendly, and welcoming. The manager working this morning was absolutely amazing ! I didn’t have to ask for a thing, it was just done with a smile! I haven’t had such terrific customer service in a while! The food was delicious from start to finish! 10 stars Thank you

I just ordered online to celebrate getting my certificate. I thought the triple dipper came would honey chipolte chicken tenders by default(but they don’t). But worst of all, my wife said her steak was plain and this is what the broccoli looked like when (gross and unwashed/cut). Id like a redo if management can see this. I know Chili’s can be better than this.

Food was pretty good. Service was friendly albeit absent minded. My wife & I ordered 2 appetizers to share as our meal. The first was chips & queso. Not terribly difficult so got that write away. The next was a sampler. It was nearly an hour till we got it. Clearly they forgot but insisted it just took extra long. I never appreciate being lied to.

Manager was chewing out a customer who asked for decorum after some language was shouted out.
Sadly, I’m the one who asked my friend out here tonight.

My 2 friends and I went there on March 2nd, 2026 to get my birthday lunch. We each got a triple dipper and not even a hour after eating it, WE ALL ARE SICK!! I mean throwing up, diarrhea, cold sweats, ect. I think you guys gave us food poisoning or maybe gave us old food idk. But I feel like we at least need a refund, cause I won’t be coming back, none of us will be

My son took me to dinner today at the Chili’s on Miller Rd in Flint and this is the worse experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered the trio steak fajita and first of all, after 40 minutes waiting on it to come to the table, a gentleman from the kitchen brought it out to me not the waitress (no big deal) but when they brought the sizzling steak fajita out it wasn’t sizzling at all. The steak was super pink like they just sat it on the onions and peppers. I asked him why the hot plate was hot enough(sizzling) so it can cook the meat. The gentleman hunched his shoulders and she I DON’T KNOW and just stood there looking at me like I had a problem. I asked him if he could take it back in have them put it on a hotter pan so that the steak can cook because I wasn’t eating raw steak. He took it back in within 10 minutes, my waitress came back with my food smelling like burnt meat. I tried to stir the food but the steak, onions and peppers were so burnt they were stuck to the pan (picture of my food included in this review). I asked for a manager, he came and I asked him would he eat this and he said no and asked would I like something else to eat, I told him no because at this point I wasn’t eating raw over Chili’s. He said I will take it off your bill said he was sorry and left, not even removing the burnt food from off the table. The apology that the manager gave me seemed fake as hell and only took the sizzling steak fajita off and nothing else. Could have at least gave me that watered down lemonade free. I will never and when I say never , I mean never go to Chili’s again. The owners of this Chili’s need to go and see about their business. I see why this place fell off. The customer service sucks and the food sucks. We need to get better restaurants or you won’t be in business for long.

I ordered the triple dipper with honey chipotle chicken tenders, southwest egg rolls and fried mozzarella. My husband had a bacon rancher burger that was massive! Everything was amazing and great service by Nathan. Highly recommend and yes the fried mozzarella has the best cheese pull ever! I wish I would’ve taken photos!
